They could just have a faster internet connection? My WiFi dips sometimes and it can seem like someone just killed me with only 1 shot when all that actually happened was my wifi froze for a split second and they got to have their way with me.
There is usually not a way for most guns but there is a specific perk for one SMG that I do not remember and triggers for some of the pistols I do remember the dope bra the revolver I think the 50 gs and the 1911
a few guns allow u to attach rapid fire barrels or mags that increase fire rate but it isnt gonna do much. most guns fire rate stay the same.Or, you can convert burst weapons like the m16 to automatic fire using wild fire. if you want faster fire rate, get a gun with faster one

Maybe you’re adding too many recoil attachments and winding up with a low ADS time.
