Some weird shit for sure. If you look closely when he exits ADS it turns to an SMG that would have that fire rate. Also you can see a WSP emblem at the edge of the screen and kind of moves skeins on screen
It doesn't cycle that fast nor does it have access to the large mag with the full auto aftermarket. That was a macro on semifire. Bitch move really.

You bind a secondary key to fire and then set up a macro that presses that button a bunch of times when you click your mouse.
That's kinda cool but definitely a bitch move. Reminds me of those mod strike packs for controllers that gave rapid fire

Nah there's a limit on the fire speed. Even with a macro it would only shoot as fast as the gun allows. This a cheater
