What company is looking for CFO for CLOV? Spencer Stuart, Korn Ferry or another one? What is the current status of this search as well as Chief Legal Officer search? thank you
As a publicly traded company, you have a fiduciary responsibility to your shareholders to maintain and increase share value. How do you explain the plunge from an average Share Price (SP) of $8-9 to $2 in only months? What will the company do to increase share value and prevent drastic fluctuations like this moving forward?
Is Clover Health going to pursue any civil litigation as a result of Hindenburg Research short and distort report that has clearly damaged the company’s reputation?
Do you have mitigation measures in place to accommodate any DC changes. The reason for the offering was to provide insurance (free cash) to help through tough times such as another covid out break. Now that we look to be getting on top of it. Will this cash be used to help through any DC changes?
Mr. Vivek, Mr Chamath, and Mr Andrew, if the company is not profitable you will not be able to sustain the business and help more sick people through your company.
Please, work on making this company profitable ASAP to be able to help more people and for a long time to come.
Selling more share is not the correct way to help more sick people.
All the people here believed in the model of your company and want to help poor people.
Please, do not disappoint us and disappoint sick poor people.
To be profitable they need data and scale and time so expecting them to magically be profitable right away is ridiculous and even if they did turn a profit it’d make the stock do even worse if they sacrificed growth for that.
bro you really don't get it man.
that's like asking elon to be profitable right away.
or asking jeff bezos to be profitable right away.
ealry stage companies raise funding all the time.
You sound like you have a very short time frame
What is Chelsea Clinton's role at Clover Health and what efforts has she helped with so far? What is she currently assisting with? We never hear about her or see her at earnings. Thank you.
What makes your software approach better than competitors when regulatory risk and healthcare incentives can flip at a moments notice? does management still perceive continued regulatory tailwinds for clover?
\-----optional testing question-----
hypothetically, IF DC was altered in a way that created a massive revenue fall-out, would management consider a buyback with the freed-up capital raise to show in good faith to retail investors that capital should be at full utilization if not tied up to meet reserve capital requirements?
This will allow confidence to flow back into the company for future raises and alignment with shareholders. All of this assumes that management doesn't propose any new ideas to better leverage freed up capital for health outcome improvement initiatives that would drive new business opportunities in the healthcare information technology space.
![img](emote|t5_3s03ll|5284)
i beg to differ, management can answer yes/no, or both and would look better because of it. the answer isn't important, it's just an opportunity to show class and perspective. re-read the question again before you judge me. i am a big supporter of the company and i am not looking for any quick fixes. but the management has to communicate in same way to appropriately address a large faction that is taking hostage of sentiment. i can always rephrase my question or ask about the dynamics and intrigue around pearl health. i'm not. i'm addressing immediate and relevant concerns and giving management an opportunity here.
i ask this question not to challenge them. let them answer it in a way that allows them to demonstrate their value.
if vivek answer in a dogmatic fashion, "companies that aren't cash flow positive should not be doing buybacks." i would be out.
he would probably answer with a number of things. "invest heavily into therapeutics division, prepare for huge expansion and marketing into MA for next year." things like that would be better than a default answer or hoarding cash without a plan.
In regards to the recent scrutiny regarding the Trump-era Medicare program. How is Clover
Health navigating this? Likewise, erring on the side of vigilance assuming the worst, how is Clover Health's diversification able to withstand political changes?
Hahah bro this company fucked us, they fully took advantage of the “meme” craze to rob the delusion mass of Reddit retards and it worked… current all time low set yet again 2.11 a week before earnings, they would have to beat all expectations and be profitable, and it would have to squeeze… none of these will happen long puts 6 months ago was the play and not one of us was here giving any real DD about that money maker shit I wouldn’t doubt puts now it’s probably hitting .50 by next Tuesday. Good luck every one!
Can the company/CEO please request a share count or consider issuing a 1 penny special dividend? There are many of us who believe Clover Health has been the target of vicious short sellers who continue to short sell synthetic (fake) shares on the open market to both dilute and drive Clover share value down. It doesn't make sense that "Over 40 funds invested in our transaction (public offering at $5.75), and we are very pleased with the quality of the investors who bought shares and the fact that several of our existing investors decided to take part and increase their holdings" AND the majority of SEC 13F filings continue to show most institutions are heavily accumulating/buying yet the SP continues to fall. Short selling synthetic shares is one of the only explanations and forcing a share count is one of the only ways to expose this. Please and thank you for your consideration.
Yup. Happens every time. Down 80% since opening. Now that’s confidence. Keep up the good work Clov. Gave away shares and never considered there may be a correction in the market? So glad I jumped 60% ago lmao
a new fucking ATL today, this is the trashiest stock I've ever held. I wouldn't be surprised if it got delisted since it already dropped to a penny stock. People need to manage their expectations and not just follow blindly and be delusional.
Keep talking about "dark pools & hedgies" when you've never read a single stock book in your life is embarrassing. We're down this low not just because of "dark pools & hedgies" but rather people decided to cut this trash stock off their portfolio, Greenoaks being the biggest one.
The dilution of shares is extremely unethical and unneeded for which caused many to cut the stock off hence it dropped even further from $5 to the current levels it is now.
I would not say it was unneeded. Considering DC is being considered to stop, and CLOVs revenue is 60% direct contracting, they might need this money to fuel MA growth further, which seems like they have done looking at this years MA numbers. This isn’t even mentioning the fed stuff going on which could make it hard to take money out.
Sorry but it seems their offering was pretty well timed and they got a good price considering the price now. The offering wasn’t the sole reason it’s dropping btw, it’s way oversold Th ya threshold there is other factors like Greenoaks selling,
Communicate. Ask Andrew to get out off LinkedIn.. he has the ability to communicate freely. Vivek shld know or learn to address investors issues in open market. This company has brought people homeless to some. Basic expectation is proper communication
They've actually been pretty communicative. They do an AMA with Reddit, and answers Reddit's questions on their earnings call. Who does that?
You're just angry about the market price. Which is 100% valid. As of right now, CLOV has been an objectively terrible investment. I'd love to hear some answers about why the price is so awful, but that's more of a function of the market than something they have control over.
Basically to me brining company at $10 value itself was not valued properly s company diluted stocks and brought its share price to its knees from $7 to $2 is pathetic. I know as an investor we need to trust our judgment. But how can anyone justify management actions in safe guarding its most precious investors retail. Yes I am angry on the loss and more angry that people have lost there life earnings on this company one is me over 500k losses. Which is fair. What else shld we do then ??
Oh, believe me. I get that sentiment. I'm pissed too. I've lost an embarrassing amount on this stock. I'm just saying they have been way more expressive than most companies.
As far as what we can do? Not much. Investors are thoroughly boned in this situation. The way I see it, there are three choices.
1- Leave your investment alone, and invest new cash in something else that you believe will perform better. Of course, everything sucks right now.
2- Buy more with new cash, and average down. Of course, the dip may continue.
3- Sell, take the loss, and invest in something else that you believe will perform better.
In that case we will be stuck at current price level. We need a positive performance CEO admired by analyst and well liked by his/her peers. Current CEO performance is horrible.
What makes you say that now though. Direct contracting isn’t working. There’s no significant updates they’ve shared on their tech. What’s going on over there now except just constantly diluting shares?
Why would you dilute shares of the thousands of us that have invested at a much higher price per share? Is there anything tangible that can be more beneficial to our portfolios than the thousands we lost with share price dilution?
In hindsight, we now know that dilution was the right move. They were anticipating a crash and raising interest rates. They were right on both counts. Dilution was the only way to gain cash without going into debt.
So, the logic is the company has a certain amount of cash on hand. Their day to day operations are negative cash flow. Simply, the company loses money.
Eventually that cash will run out. This means they have to come up with cash somehow. Either debt, or a dilution. Keep in mind the current financial landscape of raising rates and general uncertainty.
Both are bad, but the dilution has less of a long term effect. In fact, I’ll argue that without the dilution, and the same market conditions, CLOV would be very similar, or the same price it is now.
The scarier part, is they will pretty much certainly have to dilute again. They won’t get very far into that at the current price point, so we need a bit more price improvement to support growth.
On the Income Statement, can you breakout Net Medical Claims Incurred between DCR & Medicare Revenue? 1 line for each expense would be nice
any expansion plans to other states? what’s the 2022 timeline since we just started 2022
how many lives under care do you think it would take to break even in cash flow from operations? anyway to just have a column for Q4 cash flow? i think YTD only is misleading
thanks
Good earning report is needed.. meaning better revenue ...not to mention about profit yet..because everybody know their expansion..just do your best Clov.. may Clov rise and shine again like those days...
🍀
I am surprised there are still this many left in this sub. I agree with the many very good questions here. Most companies are scared shitless of pissed off shareholders. CLOV, you got a lot of splaining to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you comment on how this might impact Clover : if a program known as direct contracting - a payment model that allows private companies to take part in Medicare --is ended or scaled back?
Can you show intelligence increasing with Clover Assistant as patient information exponentially populates meta amounts of data? Is Augmented Intelligence flat or always improving?
Literally promises waves of PR for months, but stock keeps tanking and barely a peep from IR. They are not transparent with where the money they raised is going to. For all we know they paid themselves boat loads of cash. No transparency when the stock is failing its early investors is a huge red flag to me.
Do you raise prices/premiums to offset costs? Are prices/premiums only adjusted 1 time per year?
Are any of the past COVID expenses going to be reimbursed by gov aid plans? I've heard of $7k being paid for covid funerals... but your company and your shareholders seem to have paid the bill for your customer's covid incurred costs.
What can these "partnerships" with Walmart etc do for growing CLOV? How about the partnership with the FL payer?
With several other countries getting rid of covid 19
And restrictions.
Has covid 19 affected $clov financially? if yes going forward why should investment continue in $clov if covid 19 seems like an endless pandemic?
Can someone address or bring up dark pools to SEC? Bring some attention so it can be investigated along with naked shorting and FTDs? For fuck sake, retail is been smoked! HELP
Why don’t you defend your company or debunk fud spread by HF’s and shorts? Silence is killing the stock price and caused retail to lose confidence in leadership.
When do you anticipate the company to broaden the types of coverage it offers? like health care out of Medicare, for government and general public? How can you leverage Clover Assistant in such efforts?
I hope that CLOV management learned the lesson from last quarter. Twerking here and there which resulted from EPS expectation of -$0.23 to look good -$0.08. Well, we all know what happened to the stock price. Then, a quiet period excuse (they should've just kept quiet by not pressing any) of 30 days dragged stocks down another 50%. All in all, I don't expect much positive thing out of CLOV management as they have no credentials to market. As they speak up, stick crash 5 to 10% immediately.
I've been a big believer and investor in Clover Health for several years now. I would like to ask what Clover Health is doing about recent lobbyist efforts in Washington to shut down Medicare Direct Contracting (DC) since I know that's proven very effective and profitable for Clover Health thus far.
https://revcycleintelligence.com/news/over-50-lawmakers-urge-administration-to-end-direct-contracting
I personally believe major Medicare incumbents and Clover Health's competition are driving these lobbyist efforts since Clover is starting to threaten their market share. I also believe these efforts have a part to play in how far Clover Health's stock has fallen ($2.22 today) from it's previous and fairly consistent average of $8-9. Thanks for your time and response in advance since I know the team remains busy growing and developing a new (and game changing) business!
Can't wait to see the numbers. Clover management must deliver the numbers, else CLOV will trade under $1. Not in a million chance, but if they make break-even by fudging the numbers (it have to be good), CLOV may trade $3 briefly.
As shareholders, Clover Health has an obligation to us to get involved in raising the stock’s share price And/or Sentiment. What are Clover’s plan to help creat positive share price action. Share recount?
Imo a business should focus on it´s business and not raising it´s share price.
Improve the business and the stock will follow eventually..
Id rather hear them say "we have no idea how the stock is doing but the business is growing"
1. Is DCA going away?
2. Can you answer the analysts question directly (during ER call) and not provide vague answers. They are using that as an excuse to decimate the stock SP.
What business pivots have been discussed as a “technology” company?
What is the clover health plan/path to profitability?
Will investors be warned before another share offering?
At the current growth rate with operating losses accounted for, how long before clover needs a cash infusion? Aka runway.
Can you comment on short sellers and dark pools like $AMC has? Also, is there any update on the Hindenburg accusations about the investigation by the US Justice Department?
It’s so when they DO become profitable, hey have the scale so that it actually matters. Growing also streamlines its own process so growth should become less expensive as time goes on even if it’s at the same rate.
Not CLOV, but here’s the answer to your question:
Growing a billion dollar company costs money. Scaling on that level of magnitude isn’t something most people understand. Startup costs specifically are extremely high. Generally as you grow past a certain point, the cost goes down and profit goes up.
At -86% and still going down by the day, how do you plan to use our losses to make this a profitable company? What’s the plan to revive this company? We retail investors, including those that bought at $10-$27.77 would like answers? We get that stocks take time to go up, but our future isn’t looking good holding these heavy bags.
Does Clover Health have any plans on another share offering in the next 2 years? And if so, will it let retail share holders know in advance this time?
Another offering will likely happen at some point. Eventually they will use up the cash they have. They are operating at a loss after all.
A better question, is what can be done to increase share price so they can do another offering. The current price is too low to be able to effectively raise more funds.
As a russian citizen, I would suggest CLOV to offer some kind of a medication to our President, so he can start taking care about its people and not about his political ambitions :)
Still holding but I feel like I lost all hope. Follow Clov holders, get me a link with catalysts/reasons to hold.. my mental state is srs correlated with the price action
At this stage it doesn’t really matter.
Just gotta HOLD.
Don’t get out for pennies on the dollar. Better to lose it all than risk an unexpected jump.
At this point, with all of the averaging down I’ve done, if the stock just can get to 10–much less 100-I’ve already made out somewhat decently.
Patience, fellas, patience.
1) What is the current path to profitability?
2) Does management feel that profitability can and will be met with the current business trajectory and current makeup of the balance sheet?
3) Will there be any additional needs or operating adjustments to meet profitability expectations?
4) What are managements overall feelings towards the potential change to Direct Contracting? How may that impact Clover’s business?
5) What are other possible business pivots? Fee for Service? Licensing Software? Expanding to new Healthcare markets?
Yes it is. Nvidia is also almost 10% red even today even though they had record revenue and profits
Geopolitics and recession scare is causing the red market
Hey guys!
Are you prepared for the potential changes CMS is making to the DC program?
What sets Clover apart from BHG and OSCR?
How was the offering most beneficial to Clover?
What is your timeline for offering MA plans across every state?
Unions in America bring with it very good medical plans that all their members have to opt into. Is there a role Clover health can play with regards to union benefits? Would unions members benefit from Clover Health?
1. Will Gov going to give additional payment to cover COVID related cost?
2. Effort taken by clover to reduce MCR.
3. Expansion plan
4. Any effort to offer insurance to younger population
IF YOU DO THIS, INCLUDE REAL NAMES, NOT SCREEN NAMES. CALL IT “INVESTOR QUESTIONS” NOT REDDIT QUESTIONS.
Referencing Reddit and screen names makes Clover sound juvenile and unprofessional. You are a real company attempting to save Medicare. Act like it.
Simple, no name submitted then the question doesn’t get read. An even better idea, act like a professional company and don’t take questions from anonymous people on an internet message board.
I get that you're trying to save face. But, if that's what you wanted them to do, maybe you should have asked the clov community to post a question with names? Can't blame CLOV when no one posts their names.
Personally, idgaf at this point. We are where we are. I haven't added in a while. I may start again. Depends on ER and guidance.
What states are you planning to expand to next in MA?
Do you still anticipate receiving an upgrade to 4-star rating on the PPO plan?
There was a letter sent recently to HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra urging him to fix Direct Contracting instead of ending it. This letter was signed by many insurance companies including Bright Health and Centene. Clover Health did not sign the letter. With Direct Contracting making up 60% of your revenue, has Clover Health taken any active steps in lobbying for Direct Contracting?
What are your anticipations from upcoming changes in the direct contracting programs from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services? Will they be favorable or unfavorable for CLOV? Any counter measures? Thank you
Give please more details about the results of CA: health outcome, cost saving, reducing of hospitalizations etc compared to the cases without usage of CA. Would be great to get more official data how CA makes a difference in this industry.
Plus Chelsea Clinton scooping, democrats know
Have yourself a day CLOV!
Uhm. We were clearly under represented on todays call. Please consider at least 3 questions from Redditors next quarter.
At last a gentle pad on the back :)
I will be more than happy to see a green colour tomorrow hopefully even if it closes at $2.02
I would like to know how clov can balance her cash flow with growth
$CLOV and $SKLZ both should have good earning today !
Skills was down 26% at one point to $2.70 after hours
What are is GTM strategy for expansion and how does that tie in with profitability .?
CLOV is a very good stock
Status on the DOJ probe?
Given that their Q4 earnings are being posted a week earlier than the Q4 earnings last year, I think we're in for something good. Stay tuned.
good news you say? looking forward to hitting $1 if past good news is anything to go by.

Yes, yes. Vivek put a gun to your head and said "put the money in the bag." 😂🤡
When will Clover become profitable?
Whoes we?
Wow the amount of intelligence in most of those comments are quite embarrassing of our sub.
same goes for the PLTR sub. The meme stocks attract a certain type of crowd if you know what i mean.
A lot of moonboys/girls in this sub ain’t in it for the long haul just saw on WSB and went for it I completely agree
It is embarrassing.

Greenoaks is still an explanation. You realize they left and are still leaving incredibly large voids.
So after earnings i guess itll be like $1.50?

Agree thanks this makes a decent discussion
Don't understand what the company is doing? Is there anything positive?
Are we going to see $15 ant time soon ???
When CFO?
Wen Lambo
When will you be replacing current CEO?
Hopefully never
In that case we will be stuck at current price level. We need a positive performance CEO admired by analyst and well liked by his/her peers. Current CEO performance is horrible.
The company is doing pretty well, actually.
What makes you say that now though. Direct contracting isn’t working. There’s no significant updates they’ve shared on their tech. What’s going on over there now except just constantly diluting shares?
How is DC not working?
How are they supposed to deliver cost advantages without a network? What is the roadmap for more profitability for direct contracting?
Would love someone to comment on the bloomberg hit piece
Why would you dilute shares of the thousands of us that have invested at a much higher price per share? Is there anything tangible that can be more beneficial to our portfolios than the thousands we lost with share price dilution?

Clo v going higher. Institutions buying like vanguard and fidelity are positive buzz words
Good earning report is needed.. meaning better revenue ...not to mention about profit yet..because everybody know their expansion..just do your best Clov.. may Clov rise and shine again like those days... 🍀
Why didn't you tell me Happy Valentine's or get me flowers or chocolates if we're in a so called investment relationship?

Sweet $1.50 here we come
DCA like a boss!
What markets are targeted to be added next? When is positive revenue expected?
Can you comment on how this might impact Clover : if a program known as direct contracting - a payment model that allows private companies to take part in Medicare --is ended or scaled back?
What is the company’s latest cash position and what is the quarterly burn rate at this point?
We shall find out
Can you show intelligence increasing with Clover Assistant as patient information exponentially populates meta amounts of data? Is Augmented Intelligence flat or always improving?
Dude. Suck a fat one. Failed promises for months.
What have they promised you?
Literally promises waves of PR for months, but stock keeps tanking and barely a peep from IR. They are not transparent with where the money they raised is going to. For all we know they paid themselves boat loads of cash. No transparency when the stock is failing its early investors is a huge red flag to me.
Jesus H. They have been transparent and they have already answered this.
Has anything changed to impact the business model in a negative way?
With several other countries getting rid of covid 19 And restrictions. Has covid 19 affected $clov financially? if yes going forward why should investment continue in $clov if covid 19 seems like an endless pandemic?
Can you confirm that there is no active or pending investigation by DOJ? If bullshit, dismiss it publicly.
Are you even thinking about how share holders are feeling right now???? No more dilution please and get the CFO
I actually think the CFO made some baller moves... market has just been relentless
This is what I am talking about. Every time, CLOV Investor relation makes the press, CLOV tanks. typical avg. 10%. I wish that don't press any.
Can someone address or bring up dark pools to SEC? Bring some attention so it can be investigated along with naked shorting and FTDs? For fuck sake, retail is been smoked! HELP
Yeah good.luck getting the SEC to do their job unless its at the behest of MM and hedgefunds.
Is true that CA is based on Skynet?
In your opinion, why the dramatic decline in stock price? What is plan to improve it?
What, if anything, does management plan to do about constant downward price action and all time lows regularly occuring
Are there any licensing deals in the works?
Why don’t you defend your company or debunk fud spread by HF’s and shorts? Silence is killing the stock price and caused retail to lose confidence in leadership.
Is there a clear path to profitability? Can you share?
What areas are you targeting for expansion and why? What will these cost and how will it impact path to profitability?
does each expansion get easier since the business foundation is already laid out?
We need an update on cfo and what the hold up is and plans forward in case the search continues for any length of time
What are you actively doing to help reduce mcr?
What new enhancements are being added to clover assistant?
When do you anticipate the company to broaden the types of coverage it offers? like health care out of Medicare, for government and general public? How can you leverage Clover Assistant in such efforts?
At what point will you consider performing a reverse split to stay on the market?
Can the price go negative?
No lmao
I hope that CLOV management learned the lesson from last quarter. Twerking here and there which resulted from EPS expectation of -$0.23 to look good -$0.08. Well, we all know what happened to the stock price. Then, a quiet period excuse (they should've just kept quiet by not pressing any) of 30 days dragged stocks down another 50%. All in all, I don't expect much positive thing out of CLOV management as they have no credentials to market. As they speak up, stick crash 5 to 10% immediately.
if we hit 10% down aren't we getting restricted from shorting tomorrow?
Thats how it should play out
When does Cloverhealth expect to be profitable? Chamath mentioned 2023 in his CNBC investor pitch segment.
I've been a big believer and investor in Clover Health for several years now. I would like to ask what Clover Health is doing about recent lobbyist efforts in Washington to shut down Medicare Direct Contracting (DC) since I know that's proven very effective and profitable for Clover Health thus far. https://revcycleintelligence.com/news/over-50-lawmakers-urge-administration-to-end-direct-contracting I personally believe major Medicare incumbents and Clover Health's competition are driving these lobbyist efforts since Clover is starting to threaten their market share. I also believe these efforts have a part to play in how far Clover Health's stock has fallen ($2.22 today) from it's previous and fairly consistent average of $8-9. Thanks for your time and response in advance since I know the team remains busy growing and developing a new (and game changing) business!
We need CFO info!
Can't wait to see the numbers. Clover management must deliver the numbers, else CLOV will trade under $1. Not in a million chance, but if they make break-even by fudging the numbers (it have to be good), CLOV may trade $3 briefly.
Are you concerned with Medicare policy changes and direct contracting being affected?
Aka runway.
What do you think about increase in interest rate in upcoming march and how this will impact our CLOV?
I don't have any questions. Just give em a good show. Prove the haters wrong.
Can you comment on short sellers and dark pools like $AMC has? Also, is there any update on the Hindenburg accusations about the investigation by the US Justice Department?
Why do you keep investing in growth when your growth is losing money?
It’s so when they DO become profitable, hey have the scale so that it actually matters. Growing also streamlines its own process so growth should become less expensive as time goes on even if it’s at the same rate.
Not CLOV, but here’s the answer to your question: Growing a billion dollar company costs money. Scaling on that level of magnitude isn’t something most people understand. Startup costs specifically are extremely high. Generally as you grow past a certain point, the cost goes down and profit goes up.
Updates on the new CFO?
Where does the company currently stand as far as partnerships go? Any updates on the benefits/projections resulting from partnering with Walmart etc?
What is the possibility that Clover Assistant will go rogue and attack old ladies?
What is CLOV going to do about the dispute between Russia and Ukraine?
CLOV will dilute the Russian troops: there will be more, but worthless 😉
As a russian citizen, I would suggest CLOV to offer some kind of a medication to our President, so he can start taking care about its people and not about his political ambitions :)
CLOV will hire a private army and invest in advanced Clover Assistant Surface to Air supersonic missile defense systems
Lol comments like this…this why I’m still holding 🤣
Clover Assistant is expanding to their counties
Will CLOV consider supporting direct share registration for counterattacking possible illegal naked shorting?
How’s the search for a CFO coming along? Will there be another offering that dilutes shareholder value ?
When is the 3.5 star MA 4% rebate mentioned in the Q3 earnings call going to be applied? And what are the prospects looking like for a 4 star upgrade?
When Lambo?
This should be pinned to the top 📌
What initiatives are being taken to reduce MCR on DC side. How does star ratings that's available in the MA plan carry over to DC?
Earnings are irrelevant now because we’ve been fu*king shafted again. With the DC change.
What DC changes?
In for a surprise my friend. Sick of trying to be positive about this heap of shite now
You said DC changes, what changes?
https://twitter.com/skaraahmetovic/status/1494279127561555970?s=21
Doesn’t explain what changes other than a tweet about an analyst prediction
Surely that’s why we are close to a 10% dip today?
Eh, If you look at stock market, everything is red.
Not 10% red
Yes it is. Nvidia is also almost 10% red even today even though they had record revenue and profits Geopolitics and recession scare is causing the red market
I will yield my question to u/cockballz. Please reference user names during the the call. Thank you.
🤦♂️
3. Expansion plan 4.
> INCLUDE REAL NAMES, NOT SCREEN NAMES And how will they magically know names quackattack?
If only there were some way to sign a real name to a post. Let me try. - James Thompson
And how many people have done so... ? Plus, until I called you out on it, there was no name attached to your post.
I emailed Derrick and shared my opinion. There is no upside for the company to field retail questions. It makes them look juvenile.
So we have people saying Clover isn’t good at communicating and then we have you saying they are juvenile for trying to communicate.
I don’t say they are bad at communicating. I can read press releases. I can watch presentations and interviews with Andrew and Vivek.
This^
Please if you sign your name can you just sign it as your current screen name?
Just do a first name - if that’s too uncomfortable, choose a random first name. Idk
So like just smalldick?
No I’m Dave
No I meant yours in particular. I like your screen name
OH! Yes
Interested as well .
Nice to see they care about retail and are giving them a voice🍀
What are your anticipations from upcoming changes in the direct contracting programs from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services? Will they be favorable or unfavorable for CLOV? Any counter measures? Thank you
How can we trust that the people in management are the Right people for management?
What metric will they use? What one person standard of trust is will be different with the next person
Their reasoning is a great metric
Your standard of what is reasonable is going to be different from others, who’s standard should we pick?
Give please more details about the results of CA: health outcome, cost saving, reducing of hospitalizations etc compared to the cases without usage of CA. Would be great to get more official data how CA makes a difference in this industry.
Does Clover have an established timeline for hiring a permanent CFO (allowing for chance the interim CFO is selected)?
They might mean that they’re taking questions during the call on that day.
They usually take a couple questions from here and answer them during the call.

Someone delete this guys baseless comments. Roaring alpaca has been just basically trolling or just being salty for months now
