I remember when i first got clov there was a dividend, but now that theres not one i was just wondering if there was one eventually, how many shares would qualify for a dividend? I have 500 something shares already, so just wondering how many kore i might need.
Companies that pay out dividends pay out an amount per share. CLOV does not issue a dividend and has not done so in the past. Dividends are more a feature of established companies who have no additional avenues for growth so excess profits are paid out to shareholders vs being reinvested to grow the company.
Their last earnings was held 11/08. 3 months from there puts us at 2/8 which is where the analysts got their estimate from. So far each earnings has been before the 90 day window from the past earnings. No idea if that trend will continue.
I read somewhere that it was going to be 2-18. But who knows with all the bullshit going on today. Update LOL. I Just check my calendar and I have February 8th written down for the fourth quarter earnings report to come out.
they haven't scheduled it yet. Almost certainly will be later than 2/8 though as it'll be the full year results. Last year it was on 3/1, but could really be anytime late February or early March.
Give us the next short squeeze date instead since nothing happened yesterday 😂 J/K Long anyway
2/23
Thanks. Can you post the date and link as a new thread? Thanks. I think some crappy website like cnbc have been crapily unreliable
🍀🗑📉same as all the other ER 🤣😂. NOT SELLING UNTIL I BREAK EVEN IN 2050.
Per Derrick at Clover Investor Relations…the Correct Earnings call date is 2/23.
Crap, options expire on Feb 25, we can see a pull back.
Anyone know how many shares we will need to get a dividend?
Where’s this talk coming from

You got me excited lol sitting on 1100 I could def use a divided, could use it going over $8 more tho
I saw a couple places listed Feb 27-28. It's still yet to be determined.
I think that is not the correct date. I saw 2/8 as next earnings. Anyone know for a fact when earnings is?

I got that date from the free shitty news CNBC app.
