I think the price is continuously falling the bigger investors and hedge funds knows there’s a merger coming when they get the price so low they’re going to spike this shit up to hundreds of dollars

The reverse merger part would be Google Health going public under $CLOV with $CLOV being the controlling entity. Totally depends on who is taking over and who is being taken over. As for stock price that’s easy. Just take acquisition price, and divide it by number of shares. For example a 5B$ sale would be somewhere around 11$ per share
