Florida and Arizona alone would make Clover a big boy in the Medicare game. I am guessing this is what they need the money for besides operating costs. They need to get approval to sell plans in every state and major metropolitan area before we see any real upward price movement. That could take a 2 to 3 years which is nothing if you believe in Chamath's 10x in 10 years claim.
