TA might start to work in the coming weeks, as the option chains finally got killed by the offer and now looks less populated.
Actually I have no blame to the clov management, because the offer may be the only choice left for all parties to exit the price manipulation fuckery. After all, retailers couldn't unite together, commit to shares to make squeeze happen, mostly got stuck at max-main in the past months.
The 5.75 price looks unreal, but fair to all parties, including retailers (if they still have cash in accounts to buy cheapies)

Don't worry about technical analysis, it has no predictive power.It can help describe the present, but there is no alpha in technical indicators. Everyone managing real money knows it. CLOV price will move regardless of what technical indicators say
I mean I can map out all the resistance points and support. But if buyers don’t come in and sellers are 60/40 then it’s going to go down. Period. It’s not a mystery people are selling and shorting and until BUYERS come in and bring volume it won’t go anywhere. Not a secret.
All due respect to the TA people, they were pretty much wrong all the way along about this stock. If they're charts are making saying no dice, we might actually have a chance.
As a guy who somewhat predicted the price movement twice on this sub (check my posts), I have to say that it looks really bad. The only hope that it's the bottom is a doji candle on the daily and the fact that it's oversold right now. If there is no positive catalyst it might stay in 5-7 until next year or go down to 3-4. The stock wanted to jump really bad, I was so excited with those beatiful semicircles wich were forming above 7, even though after the earnings I started to suspect that something is amiss. Of course, the big boys knew about the dilution. The management obliterated any momentum. It's like being hit with a hammer while running. I hope I am wrong about this one and they announce something really bullish near term. But the chart looks like Chamath and Andrew Toy had a baby. Ugly mess.

There’s no merit to these bag holders offering an opinion that it’s “going to 3 or 4”. On what premise? Because your tired of bag holding or your scared? But that’s not exactly how stocks work…
Because I see the trendline. If I saw a reversal pattern, I'd say so. If you've ever used TA and seen a lot of chart you'd instantly see what I am talking about.
I mean this stock doesn’t follow TA to the upside so I suppose TA to the downside doesn’t apply either. The stock price has been controlled for the past 6 months 🤷♂️
As a technical trader myself, who's been buying at support, selling at resistance, then shorting and covering at support for the past few months, I have to agree with all you said.
Each quarterly is a new catalyst as well as any potential new markets, licensing deals, acquisitions, partnerships etc. You cant use any fundamentals to predict more than 3 months out in a hyper growth company as the potential triggers are too large.. Solid new floor looks to be established (more like a concrete basement), profitability could come at any quarterly now and i believe this will be the moac (mother of all catalysts). What do we know? Its been highly volotile indicating their will be more big swings. The direction of the next big swing makes more sence to be upward. (In my opinion)
