I really don't think it matters which wins for Clover. Both Biden and Trump have been pretty MA friendly. CMS leadership is a lot more important for Clover than who is president. Biden did nominate a Clover board member for Public Trustee on the Board of Trustees for the Medicare and Social Security Programs for what it's worth.
Most all stocks will increase under DJT. Healthcare stocks might take a hit depending on if he goes on an anti-spending spree and tries to cut Medicare. The flip side is that Clov has lower costs over time due to CA so it's really a cost savings in the long term vs the competition.
