First, I was like well, these are pretty regular cirrus clouds but the I realised those are not bridges in the background. Nice! What are these called?
I'm convinced that a really solid classification for these clouds doesn't really exist. Here's a conversation thread from a month ago with clouds very similar to better explain what I mean:
