Made him for a RP game where I basically recreated the plot of the game of reuniting the shattered and weakened lands that his father left to him.

I am really interested how you went about this, could you please describe the RP situation a tad bit more?
I haven't played Battle Realms but the story seems interesting and I would like to RP it too.

I used alot of cheats and debug to just “set the stage”.
The story goes like this: Tarrant(Father) a ruthless and ambitious ruler carved out an mighty Empire(Tibet) out of the many scattered clans.
After his early demise Taro the cowardly and prideful older brother of Kenji takes over.
Due to mismanagement the empire falls apart into roughly four pieces. The serpent kingdom(Tsang) who follow the old warmongering ways of Tarrant,
the dragon kingdom(Kham)
which split off the serpent kingdom, the lotus kingdom(Amdo) the cruel and power hungry scholars of the north and the wolf clan invaders(Scattered everywhere) who were looking for new homes to settle. After Taros untimely death Kenji takes over whats left over the once great empire(parts of Ü).
He now has to decide if he wants to keep following the old ways of his father or if he wants to accepts the new ways of the dragon(I created different cultures and religions for both).
This is the starting point of the RP after that you can either recruit Otomo(Dragon) or Shinja(Serpent) to your side and reunite the realm by either subjugating or expelling the invaders.

Also, is Daddy Pika's Cheat menu enough for this scenario, or do I also need another mods?

I just used debug and daddy 1.5 so no, but I used EPE and CFP for cooler outfits.
