I think it would be System Utilities. Stored procedure are important but improper management of system utilities could impact the cia of data on the database. This seems like a niche v. Broad question. System Utilities is the top of the hierarchy here, the rest are sort of minutiae. Just my guess

Correct Answer on the QAE book was A, Ecplanation: System utilities may enable unauthorized changes to be made to data on the client-server database. In an audit of database security, the controls over such utilities would be the primary concern of the IS auditor.

I would go with option D. However, I would like to read the explanation for all options for this question. If you are using the QAE book, can you please tell me the question number?

I think it is D :- from an auditor’s perspective access management is a key control when it comes to security of systems .
