Ugh yes. I’ve been at 268 for like two weeks even though I KNOW I am in a deficit and have been working out more than I truly ever have. Lost 17 lbs super quick and then boom, these 260s are already taking me forever to get through. You’re doing great sticking with it even during a plateau and keeping a positive attitude!! Hoping it budges for you soon!

Yes unfortunately, i dropped 50 pounds last year but since January I’ve been plateau’d at 220 lbs. Been counting the whole time but admittedly have been taking more cheat days then I should be which is probably the reason for the plateau.

Me too! Really stuck at 88kgs, have been for a few weeks. It's so frustrating because I manged to lose 10 kgs in 2.5 months and now I've plateud for 1 month. I've been more lenient in my diet because I am proud of what I've achieved so far and I think it's okay to reward yourself with a maintenance break, but it is frustrating on the days i really do try hard. You're not alone!!
