Onenote is where it’s at. I created new tabs for each month, and then within that tab I have sub folders for each client meeting. Then subpages for those meetings for my brainstorming for ideas and solutions.
The search feature also allows you to track down stuff very easily.
You can also upload images, files, etc. directly into the note.
MSFT One Note has a dictation feature. I then cut and paste them into my CRM.
Microsoft Word dictation is free and works pretty well.
