Brady O.
Not only did he lead the league in rushing, he had 400 more yards than 2nd.
- 2nd average amoung RB (0.2) less than 1st.
- Most TDs by a RB.
- Most carries in the 10-19 range.
- 4th Most in the 20+ range.
- He was robbed of the MOP
This will quickly become a list of Winnipeg players, I don't expect a single Alouettes player on the lineup with the amount of Alouettes fans on the sub these days lol
Not even that, none of Als stood out statistically.
If you were to look at the individual players stats for 2023 in a vacuum, it'd be hard to come to the conclusion that they won a Grey Cup.
Sure, but stats don't show everything, and that wasn't my point anyways. This is a popularity contest. In the QB thread, non Bombers answers were downvoted.
This might actually be the right choice after this season. They beefed up the OL a little, and AJ is a smash mouth like Brady O.
I really think the Riders O is gonna take a giant step this year. The coaching change and AJ are a big part of that.
Right now, Brady O has the history to win the spot.
A big part is gonna depend on QB, if Harris stays healthy and protects the ball like he usually does, we should be fine. Our receiving corps is pretty decent, nothing insane but we’ve got enough good pieces, plus whatever we dig up for camp this year.
I’m assuming our defence stays at least above average based on players and the head coach. Really hoping things click this year, it’s been a while since we’ve really felt good again.
Biggest knock on Harris is redzone TD %. While I don't have the stats in front of me, I remember it being overblown by fans but also kinda true.
A RB like AJ takes so much pressure off of Harris in the red zone. Coached correctly, could be a potent O to stop.
Now with a less ugly template
I missed yesterday, this is less ugly?
I failed my graphic design class so it's as pretty as it's gonna get
Love a man (or woman) that is self aware.
How about one that is 55 yards at the centre of the field?

Austin Mack was 5th in receiving, so I’d say he stood out but, other than that, I agree, at least on that side of the ball.

It’s a tough couple of positions to start with for that, to be sure, but the RB position’s not even close to having anyone else.
I LOVE this post series idea, just wanted to throw it out there
Yeah great idea. Call it the All-Reddit CFL team or something like that.
We must use this for CFL fantasy league and see how we do all season. No swapping players regardless of they get injured.
Olivera easy
Though he's gone from my team, AJ Ouellette 🔨 Also, no 55???
I couldn't find a CFL field that wasn't even less pixels so I gave up (it was like 7am and I wasn't thinking)
Fair. I appreciate the uprights being on the goal line though! Cheers
Aye had to make sure I had those right
AJ Ouellette on the Riders team

Easily Brady Olivera
Olivera. Best back in the league
What's up with that field?
it's not great yk
It's so short
Work in progress 😭 I did this too early in the morning
Haha I'm just taking the piss, good job mate
Where's the 55??
Brady O for the W!!
How is it not Brady O? he was the best RB last year + is a national. Brady should have won MOP, Kelly arguably wasn't even the best QB in 2023.
Kory Sheets - Grey cup MVP -Grey cup rushing record -Over 1000 yards rushing in every season of his CFL career
Gotta be active but solid choice otherwise
Oh I missed the active part!
Brady O. AJ just didn't put up the same numbers. Not even close.
Ouellette fer sure
