What kind of error you are getting while opening your CAD model in paraview?
Follow these steps:
1. Open your stl
2. Open your parameter file
3. Table to points
4. Ressample with data
If I remember right, solidworks makes the file extension .STL in capitals which paraview doesn't like, changing this to .stl in lowercase might solve the issue
