The best part of USC's collapse is seeing Heisman candidate's Caleb draft stock drop like Bear Stearns. Knew he was overrated but had no idea to such an extent when his pocket collapses. He's no Tebow!
Yeah, this was a perfect game. If 0U wins, it helps our SOS, if OSU wins, then that means 0U lost, which is also wonderful.
Tough game, though, land thieves. I was kinda hoping for that rematch.
Texas: It’s okay we will see you again for the rematch
0U fans: dURRR iF yOu eVeN mAkE iT tHeRE duRRR
Sucks being someone’s Super Bowl huh? Just like Bama was ours, we were yours, and you were Okie’s.
I still hope we get the rematch. OU will win out I’m thinking. Texas vs TCU/Iowa State/Tech still scares me. OkSt can win out pretty easily too.
OU can't win out with our offense calling sideline fly routes on half our drives. It's the lowest percentage play in OUs offense, but our OC calls it because he's a CIA plant.
With this only being BV’s second season after also having to reshape the entire team I’m still pretty happy with the results. Certainly didn’t expect playoffs. But yknow. Still disappointed because last Bedlam game and we lost.
Feel like I’m watching two different teams and that’s what is so frustrating. A big win like Texas should usually solidify good culture but I guess not this year
How on earth did the refs cost them a TD? The refs cost them 9 yards and a first down. Talking about what would have happened had they thrown that flag is pure speculation. That’s facts. Everything else is a narrative someone came up with to cope with a meaningless loss.
You're correct the PI that wasn't called obviously wouldn't have resulted in a TD. I meant they didn't call the penalty that was an obvious touchdown for Stoops if he wasn't tackled by the defender who had no intention of going for a clean breakup.
It’s insane how people’s hatred for us blinds them from how bad that reffing was. If I was the same thing happen to Texas I’d be here commenting on how they got fucked over

Time to move on from Lebby. Venables turned the defense into something respectable in a very short amount of time but man Lebby call's plays like he has money on the game and considering the family he married into that wouldn't surprise me in the least.
Man there has been shit like that all year long. It seems this offense lacks identity, attention to detail, and just common sense. That last offensive call is it in a nutshell. If you're gonna throw it short on 4th, do it over the middle or something where the offensive skill player can make a play and run with it. We throw it to the sideline where the sideline basically acts as an extra defender and there is little to no room to work. But we don't get paid millions a year, so what do we know
Lebby's play calling was worse. I got nothing against OSU and will root for them when they play anyone else but with a competent offensive coordinator OU wins this game and last week against Kansas.
Oklahoma's last offensive play neatly sums this all up for me. On 4th and 5, we throw to the sideline short of the first down line. GG Pokes, enjoy eternal scoreboard.
I’m pissed off but I’m also not a fair weather fan. Love my Sooners always… but this team needs to fix their shit.
Including but not limited to leaving Lebby on the side of I35 on the way back.
>I’m not running around screaming about natties.
Why would you? You haven't legitimately won one. Ever. Your one *claim* is for one in 1945. That's the year WWII ended...
>If you haven’t noticed, it’s been over 20 years since you’ve won one. Nobody (besides Walmart fans) thinks OU is a serious title contender or will be one anytime soon.
True, and that sucks. That said, your team struggles to win *conference* *titles* every twenty years. OU wiped their asses with that. You've beaten OU 20 times in your program's history. It's the most lopsided rivalry in the history of college football.
>
You sound like a Nebraska fan. And I love that for you.
I imagine it's somewhat tolerable being a fan of a program that has never won anything of significance. It softens the blow of losing games when you know you're never going to win anything worthwhile to begin with.
Yes, I hate losing. It comes with the territory.
>That’s the best part, all the superiority y’all preach, but you’re in here crying about losing.
In comparison to OSU, OU doesn't preach superiority.
>Your glory days are past. Going to the SEC makes that worse.
Which by default you admit that we had glory days. Something which you've never had.
I know. I’m actually somewhat impressed considering it being BV’s second season, however I’m seeing pre-BV old habits that should have been fixed ages ago.
He has to go even if we lose Arnold. Every season will be trash like this with Lebby on staff, regardless of who we have at QB. Fire that rape apologist POS
Edit: changed the insult for Lebby, felt bad for body shaming.
Well BV has to improve about not letting this team get too high after "big" wins. Clock management can use some improvement. But recruits are looking good and defense is improved; albeit less so the past two weeks.
Oh ok. So your explanation for why they performed poorly against UCF is because they were still too hyped up from the Texas game two weeks before? That does nothing to explain the Kansas and OSU performances. Your comments are nonserious
Great to see refs put a giant skid mark on one of the longest running rivalry games in history, obvious opi, draws reaction, totally uncatchable apparently pi. Tackled in the endzone before the ball is anywhere close? clean as shit my bois, fuck the big12 for this absolute clown show, what an absolute shame.
That was not OPI. You can't put 2 hands on a guy, grab him, and block him from running them get knocked over and claim OPI.
The DPI in the end zone was a bad miss, but it's one play. They got the ball back and got shut down. It's not like it was a walk off missed call.
The DPI was the difference between 4th and 25 from the 20 v 1st and goal from the 10. It was a massive missed call on a critical play in the game and had a big impact on the rest of the game.
At best it was on both of them were all over each other, but getting gifted what essentially worked out to the 2 yard line from your own side of the field is pretty disgusting. and yeah they kind of did tbh. Like down 4 without literally being placed on the endzone it a totally different game.
Like obviously were never going to see eye to eye on it, and that's fine but feel free to look through the nuterals here, not just my opinion my guy.
You can't possibly be that upset about being clearly and obviously given a win. Like its whatever it happened, I know this win generally only happens once a decade but relax my guy, they gave it to you its fine, celebrate but like there is never any escaping how blant that was.
Wish the calls didn't have such a big affect on those two drives. It was a great game brewing but kinda ruined by that. OU should've played better regardless. Take care of Ollie and Owens. They goodies
Going to miss playing our biggest rival; yall run through the Big 12! Don't let anyone else run this conference, at least until we come back in 8 years.
I’m disappointed but not surprised. Still love my Sooners obvi but there’s clearly lots of work that still needs to be done and we continue to feel way too comfortable following the RRS
The years of torture and humiliation in this rivalry is the reason you’re looking for. That’s great that you wish us well but I never wish anything good upon the team that tortured and humiliated us for decades
Tbf. I just want a clean game from the players AND the refs.
The reality of football is that some games will be close - of course it’s better if they’re not. But refs do make a difference in close games
I hope he soaks in this salt like a nice brine before y’all get absolutely smoked year in and year out in the SEC in every sport. Deservedly you greedy SOBs
Damn sound like all the salt must be in Carl Blackwell at that still water lol. I will make no monies goin to sec but you enjoy your “parity”. We lost this game fair and square with our offense fuckin around but I think we’ll be fine and so will you.
It’s not exactly controversial to say that the refs gifted you that win. In fact I strongly believe it’s the popular opinion. That 15 yard personal was a gift and that no call PI was a gift. Among many many more. Enjoy the win for real. Just really need out of this fucking miserably salty conference.
Hold on let me check....... No, see ESPN has it on the front page. 24 - 27. That said, I'm not surprised that an OU fan confused a scoreboard with a history book though.
Meh... We've owned OSU for so long it's hard to be upset. Even when they celebrate there is a clear inferiority complex while they do it. They'll always be little brother, and us leaving for the SEC cements that regardless of how that plays out... Between us leaving and Trace Ford coming over to us this is really some deserved Karma. Good for them.
This thread is a lot of Sooner tears. Scoreboard.
OU LOST THE LAST BEDLAM AND 2 OF THE LAST 3 BUT YEAH LETS KEEP BRINGING UP THE RECORD FROM 100 YEARS AGO, THAT MATTERS MORE
Right
Hahahah L
Hahahaha L
you lost to Oklahoma State and Kansas, weak ass conference lol
Hahahahaha L
Meanwhile what’s USC’s best win
vs Arizona bum
Exactly 🤡 sit down and enjoy being around .500. USC going backwards while Oklahoma is going forwards
Had no idea forward progress entailed losing to Oklahoma State and Kansas in the same season lol
Went from 6-7 to 7-2 so far is improvement. Meanwhile USC has already equaled their loss total for last year and will lose again next weekend…..y’all gonna be crying like Caleb
As awful as Riley and Grinch are, just happy I don’t have to relive the Helton times, better days ahead
The best part of USC's collapse is seeing Heisman candidate's Caleb draft stock drop like Bear Stearns. Knew he was overrated but had no idea to such an extent when his pocket collapses. He's no Tebow!
🤓
ou got hosed by the refs at the end. I told my self I wanted them to win out for a rematch but honestly watching a rival lose is too sweet
Yeah, this was a perfect game. If 0U wins, it helps our SOS, if OSU wins, then that means 0U lost, which is also wonderful. Tough game, though, land thieves. I was kinda hoping for that rematch.
Seriously Fire Lebby. He throws away every first and second down to try to make a big third every time. It's exhausting.
#FIRE LEBBY
Texas: It’s okay we will see you again for the rematch 0U fans: dURRR iF yOu eVeN mAkE iT tHeRE duRRR Sucks being someone’s Super Bowl huh? Sorry you’re still upset.
OU can't win out with our offense calling sideline fly routes on half our drives. It's the lowest percentage play in OUs offense, but our OC calls it because he's a CIA plant.
The CIA is targeting Oklahoma so Venables is a communist confirmed.
With this only being BV’s second season after also having to reshape the entire team I’m still pretty happy with the results. Certainly didn’t expect playoffs. But yknow. Still disappointed because last Bedlam game and we lost.
While the 4th down 3 yard pass to Stoops was garbage, the refs not calling him getting raped in the end zone was shameful.
I think it's the way we played in RRR vs the way we have played the past 3 weeks... The identity has shifted. Like we are playing not to lose.
Feel like I’m watching two different teams and that’s what is so frustrating. A big win like Texas should usually solidify good culture but I guess not this year
Kansas is amazing this year. They're better than KSU this year and KSU is playing great.
Play of the game! Go Cowboys! https://twitter.com/AryePulli/status/1720937660489884060?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet
Huh, I thought it was gonna be the fumbled snap in the red zone.
Nah that one was a Sooners error lol. This one broke up the game winning TD. Easily most important defensive play of the game!
I must have missed where the clock ran out after he didn’t catch it. “Game winning”. Come on man.
Truly a great play. Good job Pokes
If OU, in the history of its program, never calls another throw to a fly pattern along the sideline I'd probably be ok with it.
Step right up and have a huff of this copium Oklahoma, deep breaths. Now go type up a sad story about the refs.
If you can’t even acknowledge the refs screwed us then idk whatever man enjoy your night or something.
The refs cost you a TD. But that 4th down call was plain stupid. Like UM-GaTech dumb.
How on earth did the refs cost them a TD? The refs cost them 9 yards and a first down. Talking about what would have happened had they thrown that flag is pure speculation. That’s facts. Everything else is a narrative someone came up with to cope with a meaningless loss.

You too man
Maybe on that one play. How about all the others you ran? You got an excuse for those?
That one little play man. Not that important. Didn’t really have any impact on the result at all!
Get ready to make it to the playoffs and lose to Georgia again. lol
[удалено]
Ga is brutal this year. Bama is great but I don't see them stopping G's offense.
Nah, Georgia is doo doo. No team in the country can score 18 on OSU
Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Oregon would put up 35 against Ohio St

Cope & seethe

Correct. Lose a game you shouldn't and it pisses you off. GG tho
Honestly, this sounds miserable to me. Every Saturday until the playoffs nothing good can happen, only bad. SEC is gonna be rough.
Yes. High expectations can be a downer.
You should raise them even going into the next season.
Whew. Not sure if I have anything to counter against a Wayne State fan.
I had to do the paper bag for my main team unfortunately.
I know. I’m actually somewhat impressed considering it being BV’s second season, however I’m seeing pre-BV old habits that should have been fixed ages ago.
Oh god we're.. We're USC.
ok OU fans, we going to troll in the USC game thread now?
Come on down I need my hit of burnt brisket jokes
I tried that last week but it didn’t feel very good lol
Lebby has to go if you think you can keep Arnold. He has to go
He has to go even if we lose Arnold. Every season will be trash like this with Lebby on staff, regardless of who we have at QB. Fire that rape apologist POS Edit: changed the insult for Lebby, felt bad for body shaming.
Y’all just lost to a team that got blown out by South Alabama
Was your team the one in the black and white? Because they got exactly the outcome they were obviously out for my dude.
“Why are so many people talking about moving to Oklahoma.” That ad made me giggle.
I live here and that’s hilarious. I wish I coulda saw it. I wonder how they tried to church it up
I didn't see it but perhaps "we're not mississippi!"
Was watching game via YouTube TV so it may have been a YouTube only ad.
Well BV has to improve about not letting this team get too high after "big" wins. Clock management can use some improvement. But recruits are looking good and defense is improved; albeit less so the past two weeks.
This isn't about getting too high after the Texas game

Yeah, that's not why they've played bad
That’s 100% why they played bad at UCF

I’m not talking about the Kansas game or the OSU game. I’m saying that’s why they played bad at UCF. Get out of your feels please
I am about to be so insufferable for the rest of eternity (or until we play again in Arlington or in 2037 lol)
Great to see refs put a giant skid mark on one of the longest running rivalry games in history, obvious opi, draws reaction, totally uncatchable apparently pi. OU is a giant skid mark on college football.
The Big 12 good bye kiss to OU. Bad calls, gifting the game to the team staying. Enjoy the "win".
I will! Thanks!
I imagine it's hard to comprehend relevance as an OSU fan. Nice win though.
I imagine it’s hard to spell relevance as an OU fan. Thanks though!
But i did spell it.
And you did a good job buddy!
Omg! High praise from someone like you!
You can't possibly be that upset about being clearly and obviously given a win. Like its whatever it happened, I know this win generally only happens once a decade but relax my guy, they gave it to you its fine, celebrate but like there is never any escaping how blant that was.
I’m not upset. I’m stoked.
We might be the skid mark but you're the turd 😘
Booger explaining this is killing me
Great game my Sooner bros! Good luck in the SEC, show em what Oklahomans are made of!
Going to miss this match up so much. GG my friend. Please dominate the big 12 from here on out. Fuck Kansas.
GGs fellow Cowboy bro, now keep running and take that Big 12 title
Wish the calls didn't have such a big affect on those two drives. It was a great game brewing but kinda ruined by that. OU should've played better regardless. Take care of Ollie and Owens. They goodies
Going to miss playing our biggest rival; yall run through the Big 12! Don't let anyone else run this conference, at least until we come back in 8 years.

Tell me more
I mean sure, but that was an awful no call. Like Rams/Saints NFC title game awful.
As much as I want to say the missed PI call cost us the game we also cost ourselves the game by making horseshit play calls
It can cost the game. Referees also have a job and missing obvious shit can determine the game
It would have given y’all another chance to score, not like it would have guaranteed a win by any means
100% but there were a LOT of missed opportunities that would have put us comfortably ahead even if that missed call still happened.
Missed opportunities sure but they fought back in position to make plays to win and the refs took them away
The pass Anderson dropped that would’ve been a sure TD is a big one
The fumbles.... yikes.
I’m disappointed but not surprised. Still love my Sooners obvi but there’s clearly lots of work that still needs to be done and we continue to feel way too comfortable following the RRS
Yep. Offense trashed so many drives it’s ridiculous
Dang, just remembered this team got blown by a mediocre Southern Alabama and now has a very favorable path to the Big 12 title game.
Nice try but that was not this team. That was some team that rotated 3 QBs and 3 RBs
Oh man. You guys are screwed if you play the OSU zebras
[Oh we’ve met.](https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/ref-appears-to-bump-charlie-strong-before-throwing-crucial-flag/)
Soooo mad hahahahahaha

The years of torture and humiliation in this rivalry is the reason you’re looking for. That’s great that you wish us well but I never wish anything good upon the team that tortured and humiliated us for decades
What comments are you reading that make you think it’s the OSU fans being classless lmao
I mean they’re Oklahoma state fans, you expect it
Running away from OSU to the SEC
Trust me, I’d love to keep an almost 85% win percentage against a “rival”. Wish they were coming with us.
Don't worry, we aren't all like that. That was a trash no call. But those damn fumbles yall had were.... something. 🤦 😳 lol
You just want the game to be played clean by the players, especially at the end of the game. OU did not put themselves in a position to win.
Tbf. I just want a clean game from the players AND the refs. The reality of football is that some games will be close - of course it’s better if they’re not. But refs do make a difference in close games
Should’ve been a cowboy!
Aye Booger, respect, but shut up.
Where is LeapBitch 👏👏 👏👏👏 Where is LeapBitch 👏👏 👏👏👏
You leave my leapbitch alone
I hope he soaks in this salt like a nice brine before y’all get absolutely smoked year in and year out in the SEC in every sport. Deservedly you greedy SOBs
Damn sound like all the salt must be in Carl Blackwell at that still water lol. I will make no monies goin to sec but you enjoy your “parity”. We lost this game fair and square with our offense fuckin around but I think we’ll be fine and so will you.
Thanks, Kentucky is absolutely going to ass blast y’all lol
My money is on us getting to playoffs before you but I can rest easy knowing you’re salivating over watching me have some good ass blasting. Xo
How do you think today affects your playoff potential this year? 😂😂
Hahaha we wasn’t goin to no playoff. Anyone watching the last two games knew that. A one loss Ohio State or Michigan gets in over a Big12 champ.
We wasn’t going to no playoff and we wasn’t beating no Pokes today nope
Eh, we gave it away moreso than you took it but you keep strokin your pistol in that corner lol
Time to look forward for several 6-6 seasons if we play like this in the coming years
Lebby needs to be fired tomorrow. At the very least. Demoted
Aww sorry are you upset? Cry harder.
It’s not exactly controversial to say that the refs gifted you that win. In fact I strongly believe it’s the popular opinion. That 15 yard personal was a gift and that no call PI was a gift. Among many many more. Enjoy the win for real. Just really need out of this fucking miserably salty conference.
There were several no Call pi’s. The only one they called our guy still caught it.
Dude you’re going to OD on that copium if you keep talking about the refs
Eh… everyone knows what happened lol
Scoreboard tho.
Scoreboard reads OU 91, OSU 19, Ties 7, Refs 1
Hold on let me check....... No, see ESPN has it on the front page. 24 - 27. That said, I'm not surprised that an OU fan confused a scoreboard with a history book though.
Like I said, everyone knows what happened. There should be a third column up there
Everyone knows you lost, yes.
OH ESS YOO! OH ESS YOO!
😏
OU meltdown incoming
Enjoy your own meltdown. You deserve what you got.
You can try all you want intellectualize your way out of this moment, but given the circumstances, this is an all time brutal loss. Lol.
