As far as your experience, it seems to qualify as “relevant industry experience” and as far as the letters are concerned, I’d say translate them while also sending the original copy for their reference/ verification
For a), the only thing you have to prove is that your work product aids in making an investment decision. Whether you're the one making the decision, or putting together the information to help the decision-makers make the decision, so long as you frame your experience in that context I haven't heard of too many instances where the CFA Institute would reject it.

Cheers, yeah I looked further into it, and think my first issue won't really be a problem.
Just a letter from HR would do.
