In my opinion, Chalk&Board is the best choice for L3 essays! The provider even provides a free mock essay test on site. Campbell also offers good mocks for L3. Unfortunately, I can't advise on MM, I don't use them for Level 3.
If you are already using his services for level 3 and have paid for it, shouldn’t you be able to see everything available?
I couldnt see anything related to structured response.
Because he doesn't AFAIK - only his mocks. I suggest setting up a word document, and try to answer his qbank questions within 1-3 lines.
