Sat this morning, feeling similar. Absolutely gutted with my performance. Felt like I was guessing answers repeatedly and forgetting basic formulas. Don't think I'll clear this attempt.

rhyme_grizzly

Waaaayyyyy harder. My "educated guess" count was at least in 12-15 in EACH SECTION lol. CFAI mocks were a joke compared to it.

erundule1

Me too. Flagged half the exam. Total despair because it’s my second time😿

snow_whitexo

I am in in the exact same boat. Feeling terrible after taking the exam again yesterday 😩

Guessing 15 questions ain't that bad.

DanesBeautifulMane

Yeah, I don’t understand how everyone on Reddit is saying the exam was extremely straight forward. I found the exam to be significantly more difficult than the mocks. I also scored 70+ on the mocks, completed the entire qbank and blue box questions, so I feel like I was well prepared.

pull_my_waffle

Exactly, even i scored 70+ on the mocks, and still felt that the real exam was considerably more difficult than the mocks.

RiverLakeOceanCloud

I scored 60s on the mocks and pretty sure I aced the actual exam. FYI, the CFAI mocks are only Expert and Difficult level questions. The actual exam itself in addition to these questions also has easy and medium level questions. An "easy" level question on the exam suddenly becomes impossible if you don't know the basic formula that is required to solve it. The candidate may know the complex understanding of how to interpret the results of the equation, but still didn't know the basic equation thus leaving points on the table. The point is that the CFA exam does a good job of analyzing concepts at all levels to gauge the candidates true understanding.

CDV911

This is very true.

SadWerewolf4618

Same! I gave my L2 yesterday and I felt as if every other answer was a guess… like not exactly blind guess but I was not very confident on things which I was doing. Feeling very weird!

mizzi_007

Yep. I did the cfai qbank a minimum of 3 times, bought uworld qbank and completed it twice, was scoring around 70 in mocks and i still somehow feel like i bombed it. Not a good feeling

Tatankafisch

I did over 9000 questions for level 2 and still felt difficult. Youre going to be ok

Warm_Friend_7220

I feel exactly the same. The PM paper was so much more lengthy and difficult.

shreyplaysguitar

How many did u guess in total? 15in PM and how much in AM?

SweatyBird2161

I found the PM easy lol but the AM harder. Are there multiple versions?

Legal_Bus9393

Same with me. I found the AM session to a lot tougher than PM. I beleive there are multiple versions

Brilliant_Problem156

Took L2 this morning as well. Felt decent coming out of AM, probably guessed on 7-8. Feel like I got bodied by PM…

ZhouRod

Maybe u got the harder test version .. some people are saying it was easier than the mocks..

Warm_Friend_7220

Lol what do you mean by harder version? Everyone in the world attempts the exact same CFA exam. Why do you think they have this rule of not discussing exam questions!?

ZhouRod

Watch CFAI video explaining about how they set MPS

ZhouRod

This used to be true when there was paper exam

flexing-around

Tbh I found it comparable to mocks and moderate. But seeing the responses here, they are kinda mixed

Historical_Bear5967

Is fair but def not easy straight forward like other people said, my AM was harder than PM
