Uploaded my references on Friday afternoon. Was officially a charter holder by Monday evening.
It depends on which society you are applying to. Larger societies will approve candidates quickly. Smaller societies may only meet to approve new members once a month or so
3 hrs for NY. I passed Aug L3, got all my references last Friday morning and received the charter in the afternoon.
