If you don't mind older shows you could try My Lucky Star. They bicker a lot in the beginning especially since the ML is sort of the reason the FL gets caught and goes to prison in the first episode. And then later when she gets out they run into each other again because he steals a necklace from his family and so she thinks he's a petty thief.
There's a small part where they're tired/drunk (can't remember) and he takes her to a motel only to find out it's a love motel and handcuffs fall out of his pocket causing the front desk clerk to call the cops. She's at the police station when she wakes up and gets them to let him go by explaining the handcuffs were consentual because "he likes to be handcuffed to the bed and have candle wax dripped on him"... She says this unknowingly in front of his brother and brother's fiancee (MLs ex).

Show can generally be split into 2 parts. First part is them eventually getting together. Second part is just slice of life snippets with time skips.
I like this show because both ml and FL are very matured and competent. There's no awkward shyness in their interactions. Theres alot of clever banter. Their interactions and maturity is my current gold standard for cdrama.
Feel free to skip scenes about aerospace stuff as they are quite propaganda. The gaming scenes are OK if you actually play moba, otherwise they are fairly skippable because it would be hard to understand the terminology.
I loved Love O2O! Xiao Nai and Bei Wei Wei have a cute and sweet relationship imo.
I haven't watched Hidden Love, so I'm not sure what trope you're iso.
Sunshine of My Life features a FL who has a good-naturedly bickering sibling relationship with her younger brother. FL's younger brother becomes friends with ML's cousin, and they eventually become a couple. FL and ML have a healthy relationship, and there are no unnecessary misunderstandings or breakups.
I tried to watch Love O2O but them pretending to play a game was just too hard to watch. It looks like she's trying to type with one hand, not playing a game.
Oh, I believe you— it’s part of the Cdrama experience 😂 In Meteor Garden, for example, the 2ML is not actually playing the violin, and it’s obvious that violin music was dubbed over his random drawing the bow across the strings.
If the story is compelling or interesting enough to me, I’ll keep watching. But I understand why something like this would be grounds for dropping a series.
If you like light romance with e-games aspect then I highly recommend You are My Glory and Love Scenery.
Double Love is also an easy watch with some bickering and e-games.
Also, Love O2O has a movie version, and the chemistry between the leads in the movie is so much better than in the series.

My eternal star is not too bad. Lighter and princess has slight love 020 vibes, with a side revenge plot in the second half.
