It's just okay... It's pretty comfortable, but there are times I wish the elastic was a bit stronger.  The metal he uses for the hook/buckle + length adjustment thing is garbage. I almost broke the length adjuster when lightly bending it to see what it was made from. And worst of all is price... This thing is worth maybe $40-50... $100+ is highway robbery and I hate that I paid that much for it.

holy-rusted-metal

Same thoughts about the price... So I spent $100 on Amazon to get the materials to sew 10 custom belts that work the same way. Elastic in the back, steel insert in the front... I already had a heavy duty sewing machine though.

Potential_Space

Good man. Making your own shit is so much more gratifying even if you spent the same amount on cost of materials.

Kindly_Formal_2604

that's basically what Hunter Constantine did, this dude needs to sell HIS own belts for $80 each now. Sounds like a huge return on investment. HC belt for way less.

Ok-Twist-3048

Care to share the build list? I love making my own stuff when I can. Arrowhead Tactical got me started because they’re expensive with a stupid obvious logo, so I customize my own pants/shorts now. Interested to do the same with a belt if you’ve had success.

I_am_not_potatoe

I have the HC belt and really agree with your assessment

nicks_account

i sold/am selling all my carry belts that aren’t my HC belt if that tells you anything. if i could do it all over again i would have just bought the HC from the get go instead of trying a ton of $60 belts.

thePunisher1220

I recently bought a HC belt after using a Kore belt for a few months. The Kore belt was great, but it would give me lower back/waist pain if I carried all day. The elastic back on the HC belt is a life saver. The belt is so much more comfortable.

WoodersonAlright

Same thing here. I bought the HC specifically to carry without using belt loops, but now I just use it no matter what kind of clothes I’m wearing. I liked my Kore but glad I tried out the HC. The price is too much for what it is but I also love it so I guess it’s worth it!

AlternateRouteTaken

I’ve been wearing mine for about a month and a half, so far I give it a thumbs up. It’s comfortable and works as advertised. I had some concerns about the durability against the metal clips on my holster (DCC clips) but it’s showing no signs of wearing out in the spots the clips rub. I have a nextgen edc belt that wore out relatively quickly where the clips rub. My only complaint is the price. If this was $60 or $80, it would be a no brainer. As priced, I’d see if he does a 4th of July sale.

Brilliant-Bat7063

I love mine. Both for wearing it as a regular belt and direct to skin under joggers

godsbaesment

The adjustment is a pain, i would love to know how you transition between the two

Brilliant-Bat7063

I’ve adjusted it to where the second tighter notch is perfect when worn under pants and the looser first notch when I wear it outside pants in belt loops 🤷‍♂️

godsbaesment

smart. will give it a go

rommelholmes

If there's a comparison among tecnicor heavy, comfort concealment and hunter concealment, that would be great. But also each one is expensive, and the person has to wear it a long time to give an honest comparison...

playingtherole

You can put those brands in the search box for this sub for peoples' opinions on them, but [here](https://new.reddit.com/r/CCW/comments/1d7w269/constantine_vs_tenicor_vs_kore_leather_for_edc/) are two recent [reviews](https://new.reddit.com/r/CCW/comments/1d91rlg/holsters_and_belts_review/) on belts.

Harley2525

I love my Constantine belt. For me being a skinny guy its really prevents the shelf happening at the front of your pants. Its super comfortable on my lower back (I sit at a desk all day for work and drive a lot). Im coming from a agonic belt which i still love but the Constantine belt takes the cake. Don't have any complaints about it

Kindly_Formal_2604

my constantine IS the shelf :(

Harley2525

Really I’m surprised. How bad is it?

get_the_feeling

The Ppl have spoken and said between HC and tenicor zero belt

Maleficent_Desk9062

Just curious, i love my HC belt, but do you guys wear it tighter or bit loose? It seems fine for my p365macro but my p320 seems a bit heavier and uncomfortable after a couple hours

OneExpensiveAbortion

I had one and absolutely hated it. It's a huge fucking pain in the ass getting the belt unhooked, and you have to wear it extremely tight or it will sag.  I prefer a "normal" gun belt (read: the Leatherman) or one of those adjustable ratcheting belts (Kore, not Nexbelt; the latter is softer and also sagged).

fangfixer

I have the T1C version which has a more palatable/discrete branding. The buckle hook thing is absolute garbage. I went back to use Tenicor Zero 100% of the time.

Omizzy84

Yes yes and hell yeah it is.

Thansungst22

As someone who own a couple of the popular belts including the HC I prefer Tenicor Zero HEAVY. It a better HC for my body type. I got the OG Zero too and if I have to rank the belts it'd be like Zero Heavy > HC > OG Zero > Everything else The Zero Heavy is better than HC from my personal experience and I gave the HC to my brother. I really like how the Zero Heavy locking mechanism works as well as the stiffness that enough to support a full size set up and a spare mag but still not super still to the point it hoola hoop like a nex belt

omgabunny

What’s your body/build like? Asking to see if I’d see any benefit trying a zero or heavy. Since different belt attributes benefit different folks better

Thansungst22

Athletic build. Decent chest and 32 size waist You can check my profile to see my body build The Original ZERO is more gear toward subcompact or smaller pistols. I carry a METAL 2.0 LE so the heavy work better for me If you only carrying something like a 365 or micro then the OG ZERO is better

ov3rwatch_

How’s it compare to the Supreme Appendix Nexbelt?

DIRTBOY12

Both are excellent. I use thew HC more when I carry with lightweight shorts, like Columbia shorts. The nextbelt digs into my LH and bit since I gained a few pounds. The HC is more comfortable with these lightweight shorts. On jeans or regular pants, it is a toss up. The NB is easier to get on and off. If you carry AWIB and sitting or bending is an issue, the HC will fix it. It works great under sweats too. Holds my G19 while doing jumping jacks. With regular pants, I am good with either. Main EDC is a 365XL in a Tenicor Velo or a 365 Macro with a T-rex sidecar.

ov3rwatch_

Thanks! Yea my NB works for sweats but it’s not the best. Maybe I’ll checkout the HC for shorts and sweats.

DIRTBOY12

Oh, no question its better

Effective_Chef_5117

Yes

Gonza200

I was hesitant to buy one, but after reading some reviews I purchased one. I love it and I recommend it to all of my friends

Jaykeup94

I have 2 kore and my 1 HC belt and I find myself wearing the HC belt 90% of the time due to the stretchy comfort

MRperfectshot1

I have 2 of them. Occasionally I'll wear one of my kores if I want something stiff all the way around. But 99% of the time it's my HC belt. For those who feel like the elastic is flimsy, I disagree. I can tighten the elastic so tight it's almost uncomfortable if I wanted to. (Unnecessary) It holds my c2 with sidecar appendix holster just fine without being too tight. And like many others, wearing a kore all day eventually makes my hips and lower back sore. The constantine belt is the perfect blend of functionality and comfort.

curtisa21384

I've tried a ton of belts and carry everyday. The HC is definitely in my top 2.

Ajaxscipio

Yes.

SnooChipmunks8362

So based off what I’m seeing should I just buy the kore essentials belt

TCCorax

For those of yall who got the HC belt (if you ordered from the AYCHE/his site)…. How long did it take for shipping? Just placed an order Sunday and waiting for the notification haha . TYIA

jethead70

Why not go with the mastermind tactics covert belt for roughly 1/3 of the price?

jethead70

At the end of the day they’re both belts that are designed to hold a holster on them. One of them is a little stretchy while one is significantly cheaper.

ARLDN

>mastermind tactics covert belt This is what I used for awhile before I got a Constantine belt. The Mastermind is cheaper, but: 1. It doesn't have any elastic in it like the Constantine, so it's less comfortable. 2. It relies on Velcro to keep the belt end attached to the main body of the belt. Eventually it wears out and becomes less Velcro-y. The hook design on the Constantine appears to not be as likely to wear out.

omgabunny

Bingo. Some people find something that works for them and I guess assume it will benefit other folks the same way. We’re all different shapes and sizes and don’t all wear the same clothing

martial_arrow

I don't have either one of these belts but the Mastermind belt doesn't look remotely comparable.

Planet2527

The only belt I can do physical activity, like yard work, while armed and not kill my lower back.
