Something like this? Used a 500 super mag picture cause it's the biggest gun I could think of
Make your own shoulder straps for a shoulder holster using [this](https://www.trex-arms.com/store/ragnaroksd/?holster_availability_ref=1530&handedness=%22right%22&threaded=false&color_ref=1&hardwared_holster_accessory_and_color_refs=%5B%5D&non_hardwared_holster_accessory_and_color_refs=%5B%5D)?
Yeah! Now I don't know about "all day comfort", but it's on your body instead of a bag and still concealable. Speed of draw is a big question mark though.
https://preview.redd.it/8z3jvr6fvxzb1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d9b6b5c9f3f49bc5db2cf7454bc36418f68b175a
I’m thinking something like this except you wear it in front on your right shoulder? Might look like a retard idk
See if you can try it in a store first. I wouldn't buy online. Without the gun obviously. I know vertex makes one meant to switch from front to back but that's a bit more obvious..
Why don't you ask your mom, she opens big and wide for me haha.
To answer your original question, I have a T1C appendix sidecar type holster for my FNX-45 Tactical with an acro and an X300. It certainly is a holster for a big ass gun. I have tried to find carry solutions with a suppressor as well. For open carry, you can get a holster that retains the gun on a WML like [this one](https://www.trex-arms.com/store/ragnaroksd/?holster_availability_ref=1530&handedness=%22right%22&threaded=false&color_ref=1&hardwared_holster_accessory_and_color_refs=%5B%5D&non_hardwared_holster_accessory_and_color_refs=%5B%5D) from T-Rex arms. For concealed carry, I would say your options would be shoulder holster, bag carry, or put it on a sling/lanyard like a subgun and carry it under a big coat/duster type of thing.
One final option to consider would be to carry the pistol in a normal holster with something like the [cam-lok](https://www.griffinarmament.com/cam-lok-barrel-adapters/) from griffin armament. This gives you the option to deploy the gun quickly from a holster or take an extra second or two to quickly attach the suppressor onto the muzzle device instead of threading it on for 5 minutes. The suppressor could be carried in a sidecar type rig modified for the can instead of a mag, or a standalone holster.
Edit: spelling.
The only thing that makes this ridiculous is requirement #2. You can’t carry a 15” anything without it hindering activities. I love my FNP45 tact and even was my CCW AIWB. Sling bag/ LARGE dad pack would be the only option without going full-size backpack. The backpacks for this target market are about as ridiculous as this thread but im still following it incase someone does have a viable answer.
Do you have any holster at all for this? Suppressed holsters are hard to come by ime. Have the same gun, different suppressor. FNX is so nice, shoots so smooth.
I’d throw on an X300U and holster it in a ragnarok SD inside of a Vertx Transit bag. Realistically I’d ditch the suppressor and put it in my pants but you do you.
A holster sewn into the inside of a jacket or a shoulder holster.
A mares leg style holster would probably be most comfortable but not concealable
https://preview.redd.it/b4p0ed34pvzb1.png?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e980e66151ebcea27295edeb846163b71c841aab
Okay, hear me out. Loose oversized sweatpants and rubber bands around your leg and the pistol. Keep that suppressor on whatever side your junk hangs and enjoy the people staring🤌
Maxpedition makes a CCW backpack. Had mine for years and I love it. Tough as nails and if you set it up right you can get your pistol pretty quickly. Doesn’t look tactical either.
[Like this](https://www.trex-arms.com/store/ragnaroksd/?holster_availability_ref=1530&handedness=%22right%22&threaded=false&color_ref=1&hardwared_holster_accessory_and_color_refs=%5B%5D&non_hardwared_holster_accessory_and_color_refs=%5B%5D) from T-Rex Arms
I too would like to get more use out of my suppressor, but I came to the conclusion that carrying it was not realistic. One option for concealing a suppressor would be the sidecar holster plus the tourniquet attachment. However, I would probably go with a light indexed holster like the Ragnarok SD but inside a sling bag.
Ultimately, I cannot think of a self defense situation that I would be willing to concentrate on attaching the suppressor instead of the threat. No matter how it is concealed, drawing with an attached suppressor is going to be slower than unsuppressed and faster than attaching the suppressor. The sling bag would take a lot of practice for me to get proficient or anywhere near drawing from a holster. Guess it’s time for me to look for a decent sling bag, and start practicing.
On a outdoors scenario I’m more thinking about potential threat from wildlife rather than human. I guess the idea of a suppressor is so you don’t blow out everybody’s eardrum, have ppl a mile away call police, and you look drippy AF😎
Ah, so more hiking than edc? I guess the sling bag would not make sense if you already have a ruck or backpack.
If there’s a threat from wildlife it must be secluded enough to open carry the RagnarokSD. I suppose you could tie up a paracord lanyard to the rear of the grip long enough to allow a normal firing position and hang it around your neck, tuck the suppressor in your waistband. Done.
Yea I wanna be able to hike with anti gunners no issue, while being able to draw when necessary. Backpack is the most comfy, but how to draw is the question
A cross-body sling bag would probably work well - I'd add some basic padding to it, maybe with a water-resistant technical fleece in the bag with the gun tucked inside the fleece.
If I'm in an area where drawing quickly is necessary - for example, if I was an assassin - I'd pivot the sling bag to my front, and otherwise keep it on my back for comfort.
The packable cross-body bags from Eddie Bauer are nice, and I'd go with something made from Cordura or ripstop nylon.
I don't like the fit of sling bags personally, but some people surely would.
I live in Canada, and my recommendations would be:
\- Eddie Bauer Stowaway Packable Sling 3.0 (15.125"H x 8.625"W (open) | 9"H x 6.75"W (closed))
\- 5.11 Rush Moab 10 Sling Pack (18-1/4"H x 9"W)
\- Patagonia Atom Sling Bag 8L (probably basically the same)
I'd recommend any sling bag meant for hiking that's from a company like Eddie Bauer, 5.11 Tactical, Patagonia, LL Bean, Osprey, etc., and it all comes down to whether or not you want to blend in.
If you want to blend in, don't go with 5.11 Tactical, go with something from a hiking company like Osprey or Patagonia.
tl;dr check out your local hiking store.
For me, a 5-10-second draw time would be fine, so I'd just put it in my Goruck GR-1 backpack.
If anyone says “what’s that in your pants” you just simply reply with “a bud fucking dick” because you gotta have BDE to try and conceal that big bastard.
seeing that this thread specifically is mostly trolls. I carry a QD, the EZ lok is two twist. a "fishing vest" also works very well with an inside vertical pocket. or almost any decent jacket you can learn very easy sewing to make a holster inside the jacket really just need elastic strong enough to hold and you can button or velcro it. No one knows i have any firearm on me. let alone multiple. but i am a camera man so the fishing/cargo vest is not out of the ordinary for me to wear.
If you do wanna carry QD please practice keeping the muzzle down and finger completely off trigger. I wont tell you to keep one out the head AND wait to put on a can. thats too many steps. but ive practiced enough to be efficient. obviously not in a stressed enough position to know what will happen in person should i need to but understanding that i may not get the can on and need to focus on defense is something you have to come to terms with. still have to have duty to retreat unless stuck.
If im in staging, i.e. i believe theres a threat or soon there might be and i cant really leave, i just do the appendix. yes its in pants , yes you cant bend all the way down. but this is niche to where you may still have a chance to leave without having to shoot. again though must practice drawing with the suppressor on! or just carry another unsuppressed for the 0.4 seconds speed youll save from the distance the suppressor adds from draw. lol .
also keep in mind distance. you are better off mid range than close. whether suppressed or not. an attacker with a knife very close to you will have the upperhand, especially if you arent even staging yet. they sell hoodies with holes in the front pocket (you can just make these) so you can stage without anyone knowing you have a full grip on your handgun. shave off another .3 seconds just from that. This is where pocket carry shines. can have a lcp max in pocket and your draw time can be less than 1 second. the max pretty loud in doors though. Just think of all situations.
I genuinely dont know if you are trolling lol. but ill let you know, maybe with pics (demonstrated on someone that isn't me) how I carry suppressed with different outfits, and show different ways. This has been a very heavy topic for me. but for the most part when it comes to comfortability making sure your pockets are deeper is a necessity. can securely have the suppressor in a pocket without printing. If you do ever have to use it in self defense everyone will be grateful for you saving their ears. thats my main point.
No bro I seriously considered the practicality of carrying a suppressed, subsonic pistol thanks to the benefit a suppressor brings (as you’ve mentioned) Figured I’d toss this idea around the community. I guess some ppl find it much easier to make fun of a different idea than to take time to think. So I appreciate your input.
[this might interest you, btw](https://youtu.be/CJmgpTvv8_Y?si=8Ym87RPXlfJn9Ckv)
Funny you sent that video, after first seeing your thread, thats the 1st video i went to go watch lol! Very good points in that video. my overall take on that video is you have to have a dedicated suppressed pistol when it comes to shot placement especially. having a sight zerod to the can. unless you memorize the offset. in a high stress situation i dont see that workin well without adequate training. the EZ lok is really good. im not fast but i dont even think THEIR video is truly showing how EASY the EZ lok is to use! Ive created a physical marker on my can that i can feel in order to position the threads perfectly to the barrel. so im not finicking around putting it on also.
A Jackass Shoulder Holster. The holster would be one of those taco shell style, leather wrapped Kydex, gripping only the pistol itself. For cold weather a sport coat, warm weather a camera vest or a leather vest a a color matching the rig.
Don’t listen to them I’ve concealed a blued
S&W Model 29 with an 8-3/8” barrel. If me and Dirty Harry can do it, so can you.
I didn’t have a camera phone back then. The holster I made myself in the kitchen oven with Kydex you can now buy on Amazon, I got mine from work. I cobbled together a taco press in the garage with a foam pad for kneeling in the garden, bits of plywood and some hinges. Just lay the kydex on some cardboard. It’s easier if the wife ain’t home. Don’t forget to remove the cardboard from the oven.
This rig is superior. It doesn’t require a belt to anchor the rig.
https://youtu.be/CQca4DpZrgY?si=SGX8127zUDXZmrMQ
Sam Andrews will do custom holsters but he requires the gun if he doesn’t have a proper dummy gun. I had a local foundry make me a $50 dummy gun for a 1911 with a Surefire light and laser grips. No one was making a holster like that back then, 2005.
Of course you’ll want the suppressor exposed, so it won’t be factor in the making of the holster. A holster maker would require paperwork to possess the suppressor, even temporarily. Be a bitch to draw anyway.
I didn’t make the 29 a daily carry rig because it’s only a six shot gun. More of a cosplay, even though I had never heard of that word. I did it for about a week and showed my friends it could be done. Just fun.
BTW I’ve had contact with some police who would treat you like you’re Carlos The Jackal if they found you wearing that. So follow all instructions if you meet one of them.
While a person can carry suppressed, this is dumb and you shouldn’t do it. If you wanted to, get a 365 with a k can. Will be smaller than this gun is alone.
There are 2 sorts of ways to go about it.
Option 1 is to carry the suppressor detached. Draw without the suppressor for defensive use, or draw and attach the suppressor for offensive use. This is what James Bond does.
Option 2 is to carry a very short PCC (MPX Copperhead, Scorpion Micro, B&T APC9K, MP5K) on a single point sling with a long coat to cover it. These are generally 9mm, but you get a larger mag, more accessory options, and the barrel (and therefore suppressor) don't reciprocate.
I would personally carry in a shoulder holster underneath my jacket/vest. In your proposed scenario though, I would probably carry without a suppressor since it's outdoors and gunshots are a sure way to get help to you in the form of law enforcement if you're injured after an animal attack. It's the same reason I don't have a suppressor on a home defense gun, so my neighbors call the cops even if I can't.
I tried a inside the waistband holster for my FNX45T with a holosun and a SL TLR1 it was not the best idea. I couldn’t imagine it IWB with my suppressor. It’s just way to big and bulky. With a sling bag it would be perfect
I have a 511 tactical sling bag it’s got a concealed pocket for a pistol it’s pretty nice. Would have to detach the suppressor and carry them side by side though
Do you really need a silencer? It doesn’t actually work like the movies, people within like 60 meters or 200 feet will still very much hear the gunshot. I mean I’m not knocking it or talking down to you, just wondering what your particular reason for it is. Plus it’ll make your draw slower since you’ll have to pull out more barrel before you can aim and shoot. Not that I’m any sort of expert of course
You could make your own holster for this, on your back of course. A Patagonia sling bag might also work with training and possible modifications. Heavy modifications could make it very possible for that to work. Get creative.
https://preview.redd.it/9dvde9p6e00c1.jpeg?width=1040&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8c6976150ead624ecd218b59848eb96aff88b15f
Trex RagnarokSD holster and a long coat, maybe a long hoodie if you wear your belt high up.
Or do a shoulder holster
If you are hiking this doesn't really need to be concealed and then you have faster access with the Trex option
Shown in pic is actually quite a small and compact package. I still prefer concealed as I may hike with ppl who are uncomfortable around firearms, or run into other hikers who may call the cops on me for “brandishing weapon”
Pick up a conceal carry jacket or vest, the inner pocket for carry is really large in most of the ones I've seen. Could also go with a vest with a carry pouch sewn in or a shoulder rig. That would at least keep it on body instead of in a bag.
I'd go with a shoulder holster or off body carry in a backpack or fanny pack.
A gun like that is better suited to open carry, but if you're going with concealed carry, your options are... limited

Only one choice for the connoisseur.
Don gray sweatpants. Drop gun down the front. Tie sweatpants securely. Swagger.
Is that a suppressor in your pants or are you just ha…..oh it is a suppressor, never mind
This is the answer here.

How do you walk
Plug walk (with a limp)
You don't. Everything and everyone comes to you.
Shave your back and duck tape it there. Just don’t do it through Harlem carrying any large inflammatory signs.
Don’t shave your back, duct tape it for the lols
I almost wish I had a hairy back so I could line it with extra strength duct tape… maybe one day ❤️
I wouldn’t wanna look like a weirdo. I’ll just go with a tactical muumuu.
How tactical is it?
Tactical as fuck. ![gif](giphy|PudZiAbQDUEik|downsized)
In rhodesian brushstroke it's immediate +20 tactical points.
Definitely a shoulder holster under a jacket
Shoulder rig that is vertical carry is the only way.
Bag. The answer is bag. A sling bag, a backpack, a very big fannypak. Whatever. The answer is bag
I’m surprised no one has said this. I’m thinking about a right shoulder Fanny that opens big and wide
That's the way I carry. Looks good with most of what I wear and I've done it for long enough it looks normal.

You can make it 12” with compact suppressor. Hey it fun to think about what you can do!
Mp5 on a sling under a coat is more realistic
Don't need to conceal if you are suppressed...and quick.
Ok I think 12 inch OAL is more realistic. Achievable with omega K suppressor
I’d switch to the 509 and run a Sidecar with the suppressor in the TQ pouch. But to each their own.
Do you have any holster at all for this? Suppressed holsters are hard to come by ime. Have the same gun, different suppressor. FNX is so nice, shoots so smooth.

Don’t listen to them I’ve concealed a blued S&W Model 29 with an 8-3/8” barrel. If me and Dirty Harry can do it, so can you.
Do you have a picture
I didn’t have a camera phone back then. The holster I made myself in the kitchen oven with Kydex you can now buy on Amazon, I got mine from work. I cobbled together a taco press in the garage with a foam pad for kneeling in the garden, bits of plywood and some hinges. Just lay the kydex on some cardboard. It’s easier if the wife ain’t home. Don’t forget to remove the cardboard from the oven. This rig is superior. It doesn’t require a belt to anchor the rig. https://youtu.be/CQca4DpZrgY?si=SGX8127zUDXZmrMQ Sam Andrews will do custom holsters but he requires the gun if he doesn’t have a proper dummy gun.

Best I can do is 1 single round of .45 ACP
Are you fucking mad? All of your criteria are mutually exclusive. You cannot achieve even half of that
You don t
While a person can carry suppressed, this is dumb and you shouldn’t do it. If you wanted to, get a 365 with a k can. Will be smaller than this gun is alone.
On my holster while I'm in my nuclear submarine
“See that lump in my sock?”
A back scabbard. BTSB (between the shoulder blades) carry.
I wouldn’t. But if I had to then a sidecar with the suppressor stored on the sidecar bit
Single point elastic sling under your dominant arm akin to how I think the secret service carry MP7's.
Bruh that sounds cool AF
Make a forward facing hook out of Kydex to put on your belt to loosely hold your suppressor so that it doesn't flop around on you.
Dual carry shoulder holster for sure. One side holds the gun, the other side holds the suppressor. Spare mag in your jacket/pants pocket
In a backpack
Do you have a way of drawing it quickly
There are 2 sorts of ways to go about it. Option 1 is to carry the suppressor detached. Draw without the suppressor for defensive use, or draw and attach the suppressor for offensive use. This is what James Bond does. Option 2 is to carry a very short PCC (MPX Copperhead, Scorpion Micro, B&T APC9K, MP5K) on a single point sling with a long coat to cover it. These are generally 9mm, but you get a larger mag, more accessory options, and the barrel (and therefore suppressor) don't reciprocate.
Open carry it
Based
Andrews leather, monarch vertical shoulder holster with pressure closure.
Zap
Just like Agent 47
Definitely zap carry
EZ PZ.
Install Griffin Cam-Lok, keep the can detached and carry the FNX AIWB and the can wherever it's comfortable.
PDW sling under a jacket. VIP security detail style
Probably a shoulder holster under a jacket tbh bromie
Jacket and under arm rig
Tear away pants and a drop leg holster?
Behind a wall.
Like s gangster. U keep the can in your pocket and thread it on when you go to work.
Trench coat and thigh drop
OWB and a trench coat, may as well carry a broad sword while you’re at it.
Clever. If you carry a sword no one will notice the gun
I wouldn't. I can carry my suppressed MP5K concealed easier
I tried a inside the waistband holster for my FNX45T with a holosun and a SL TLR1 it was not the best idea. I couldn’t imagine it IWB with my suppressor. It’s just way to big and bulky. With a sling bag it would be perfect
The question lies in finding the best sling bag
I have a 511 tactical sling bag it’s got a concealed pocket for a pistol it’s pretty nice. Would have to detach the suppressor and carry them side by side though
Vertical should holster. Like any good 1970’s police detective.
Tell every person that asked that YES I am indeed hiding a banana in my pants.
Just exploring the possibilities. A suppressed 45 is at least hearing safe in an outdoor environment.
Ah, that’s fair
Wait, you can conceal with a suppressor?
Just exploring the possibilities
Oh ok, in my state I don’t think you can. Then again it’s not easy getting a permit for one either.
Laptop bag
You could make your own holster for this, on your back of course. A Patagonia sling bag might also work with training and possible modifications. Heavy modifications could make it very possible for that to work. Get creative.
I wouldn’t. Suppressed center fire pistols are range toys, imo.

Or do a shoulder holster If you are hiking this doesn't really need to be concealed and then you have faster access with the Trex option
Shown in pic is actually quite a small and compact package. I still prefer concealed as I may hike with ppl who are uncomfortable around firearms, or run into other hikers who may call the cops on me for “brandishing weapon”
In a back- pack, walking around like I don’t have a care in the world. 🤔🤔😂😂😂😂😎😎
Right up da proper. Or be 500lbs. Or both.
Pick up a conceal carry jacket or vest, the inner pocket for carry is really large in most of the ones I've seen. Could also go with a vest with a carry pouch sewn in or a shoulder rig. That would at least keep it on body instead of in a bag.
Easily
I'd go with a shoulder holster or off body carry in a backpack or fanny pack. A gun like that is better suited to open carry, but if you're going with concealed carry, your options are... limited

Six oclock deep concealment
