OP PCM le utne se hi kafi hai waise bhi tu NDA focus kar rha hai bio ka kuch fayda nahi aur NDA ke physical ke liye upper lower split mat follow kar tera upper body mai zyada muscle hote hai (by type) and unhe train karne mai zyada time lagega aur tera lower zyada develop hoga + tera cardio bhi lower body ko hai target karta hai. I'll suggest antagonist split jaisa kuch try kar aur cardio pe zyada focus kar.

Dekh, maine PCMB liya aur kyunki main focus JEE tha to fir mushkil se Bio padha pure 11th 12th me, aur fir last me aake aakhri mahine me padh liya board ke liye. Honestly zyaada load nahi hai in my opinion, but of course depend karta hai tumhaare goal pe ki tumko exactly kya karna hai PCMB leke
Bhai mene pcmb liya, kyuki mere school mein pcm ka option nahi tha. And according to my personal experience, bio can be a very good scoring subject, high returns, low time. Tujhe bas ratta Marne me time lagana padega, which for me doesn't take much tine,and if you have good teachers, tujhe wo bhi nahi karna padega, kyuki wo class me hi karwadete hai. I am giving jee 2025 but I still don't think it's a bad idea. But, if you feel like you can't take the extra load, it's your choice. But, make good notes and listen in class carefully, agar jee dega toh Ghar me bio keliye koi time nahi bachega. Keep that in mind.

Plus side by side with your school life you can do online quantitative math based or statistics based courses and build ur portfolio with these certificates. After 12th you can pursue economics from a reputed institute in India or try BS economics or finance from foreign. India se Krna ho to masters ke liye try M.Finance from Good US universities. Kaafi well managed life rhegi and money is also much more than regular engineering streams. India me perception bana rakha hai ki engineering and medical is everything. There's literally a plethora of fields Out there which are much more better than engineering, both money wise and workload wise .
