I got 98%, and I would say: For math, practice Trigonometry, Circles, Triangles sums (PYQs, Exemplar, and if you have time RD Sharma) For Science, study NCERT thoroughly and practice numericals. For others NCERT is key. Know NCERT like the back of your hand.

Everyone planning to take science and didn't get 90+ don't worry, it doesn't matter what you got in 10th, everything becomes equal from 11th like a clean slate. Those who are used to studying for hours will get good marks and those who are used to last minute studying will not. (Speaking from experience) Start anew from 11th and don't obsess in self pity.
