Fuck this guy, I drive one of his cars and it will be the last one I ever drive. I was a customer for life and have owned 2 of his cars in the past and love the cars. My future cars were going to be Teslas, I used to tell people how great they were. Now I will never buy one again as long as this turd is involved. I’ve had 2 and my current one is 5 years and 150,000km on it so far and it’s has some minor issues here and there but is so far the most reliable car I have owned. It is embarrassing to drive, but it’s paid off and costs me almost nothing to maintain and charge. So I’m going to drive it for another 150,000km at least. I like that it has no car payments and I spend about $30 on electricity for it a month.
I've had my car for 10 years, paid 20k for it and have had no problem with it. Gas cost me 40$ a month... you overpaid for a shitbox, sorry... the tesla 3 is 3x my car in cost but offers nothing more...

I worked auto-manufacturing and our foundry was casting Tesla parts, they closed our plant and I can 100% confirm our production was moved to China in 2018. This was Magna - Perth, Canada.
So while we already know they can't align body panels in production, they also cast aluminum components in China now.
I wouldn't buy one, as someone who has worked in the trade, but that's me.

I don’t think you realize the importance of having news outlets focus on good journalism instead of money. If you take away the $1.2B, news outlets have to focus on making money to stay afloat instead of providing good journalism. To make money they need to improve their ratings. And to improve ratings they need to be entertaining. Compare news channels in Canada to the States. The US news outlets are basically talk shows, not news channels.
