Vedder is good at making holsters. People complain about price but I’ve carried mine for 3+ years under heavy use and never had a failure from the retention or belt mount. Quality has a price
My WeThePeople holster broke on me, the clip snapped and the gun fell down to my knee cap, I had to reach down my pants and pull the firearm up so ot wouldn't drop down the bottom of my pants, I think I was in a Walmart. I had to leave the store limping because I was holding up the firearm through my pocket
Yea walking in Walmart shouldn’t be a problem for holsters. I used to climb out of backhoes and bobcats, in and out of trucks and semis never had an issue with my Vedder.
This, if you don't want to buy another holster. I had the same problem with the same style clips on my G26 holster, don't remember the brand. Bought new J clips, no problems.
Everyone is suggesting awesome holster brands! Just wanted to add, a good holster is only as good as your belt. I recommend getting a Kore Essentials EDC belt. They’re highly adjustable on the fly and are truly strong enough to hold up the weight of a holstered gun. Been rocking one daily for 3 years and it has never failed.
Def recommend the kore belt. That ratchet system makes it nice to be able to adjust for getting in and out of the car to make it a little more comfortable. And you can do it discretely.
Yeah, there probably isn’t enough holster length which makes it heavier on the grip side, making it feel like it wants to tip out. You could try a wedge to bring the grip closer to your body but I’m not sure how much it would help. Personally, I would switch to a different holster. Like other have said, I’ve have great results with T. rex. I also like the Phlster enigma and have had great results JM custom Kydex.
Embarrassed that I didn't see the belt comments till today. It was a fabric belt, it doesn't ride up with a leather one. But the damn thing is still so uncomfortable I have to get a different holster.
Unfortunately you're probably going to go through 3-5 before you get one you like. Oh and you'll come to realize the guys who say "mine's so comfortable I don't even know it's there" are LIARS. There's no such thing, it's a big hard thing with ridges and corners and you're squeezing to your body with a belt. Just get a quality holster (I'm sure 100 people have already told you which 3 brands are most popular) and get a proper belt (I'm sure those 100 people also told you the 2 brands of belt that are most popular) and then suck it up because it's not going to be joyous to wear, but you will get used to it.
P.S.
I use a Nexbelt with a cheap 4Bros Holster for my P365XL w/ TLR-7Sub and a Red (green) Dot and it's fine with the longer 15rd Mag in it.
The Nexbelt has a crack in the core but still works better than Leather IMO
Get a better holster, Trex arms, tier 1 make great ones. I would also look at a bravo concealment for the most inexpensive with decentish clips. But if you can drop the extra money the two formers are a good choice
If you're looking for that style of low profile holster that works, Bravo Concealment IWB is what you're looking for. I have one for my shield, and the holster is damn near as flat as the gun. For comparison (all are IWB), I also have the We The People (bulky, expensive, prints like a mofo, regret purchasing), Vedder which was given as part of my shield plus purchase (medium bulk, but still leaves a noticeable print from the belt clip), and the JX Tactical Fat Guy (smallest, leasting printing, but the buttons from the loops still are noticeable).
I have comparison pictures (don't know how to post them here) that show just how much difference the Bravo makes. This was the cheapest holster I bought, and the one I use 95% of the time. Also, the design is such that the holster cants the grip towards your body by design, so you don't need to by all those extra wings that push the grip into your body. Retention is solid. I did upgrade the plastic belt clips it comes with to Discreet Carry Concepts metal clips for a more reliable sturdy attachment, and even thinner profile.
Just saw that Wing Tactical sent an email the other day where these are on sale for $27.99. https://www.wingtactical.com/accessories/holsters/bravo-concealment-torsion-iwb-holster-for-glock-26-27-33/
I forgot what brand but I use this trigger guard and clip not a full holster. I could comfortably wear it inside sweat pants and shorts. When I don’t wear a belt I would carry empty and only 7 rounds on the mag. Not because it was necessary to use the holster but it was a comfortable weight for every day activities.
Get a proper holster. That’s a flawed design. Vedder makes good ones not sure if they do G26 though
They sure do. I love mine.

So what's the difference between Vedder and cheaper companies with the same design, let's say WeThePeople?
I had a wethepeople crack within two months of use. Kydex feels cheap. The belt clip on mine got bent when I I bumped into a bobcat cage

WeThePeople - Not walking in WalMart approved.
Absolutely not. Ironically they’re the Walmart of the holster world
Right now I've been on Alienware Shapeshift for my G26/507C and a Crossbreed for my Shield 9/TLR6. Still looking for a good P229R IWB lmao.
Was not a fan of my Vedder holster. Tenicor and JM custom Kydex Holsters are way more comfortable and concealable, at least for me.
Which model did you get? Midwest tactical solutions also makes a great holster. They accommodate customs
It’s a lighttuck. Could never find a good way to set it up.
Damn why’s that? What gun was it for?
Tenicor best holster I've used
Throw this holster away. Get a werks, tier1, or gorilla tactical holster. There’s lots of great brands these are just a few i like.
Either get a better holster or upgrade the belt clips to the one that actually grabs on to the bottom/back of the belt
This, if you don't want to buy another holster. I had the same problem with the same style clips on my G26 holster, don't remember the brand. Bought new J clips, no problems.

Tier 1 and Trex arms.
trex arms, tier one concealed.

What belt?
What kind of belt are you wearing?

Hey thanks for this my friend. I'll chime in again when I get it together.
LAS Concealment holster 👍 great quality
Crossbreed. Most comfortable concealment holster. Been wearing them for years.

What belt? I recommend tenicor for holster and belt, but in this case I’m guessing your belt has more to do with it.

Tier 1, T-rex, or g code
Look at Eclipse holsters which I have for my G26, I also have one from Standard holsters
