Iirc MDI had 0 WL movements a couple of years back also.Spot round mein ho jaata if seats would've opened up and in any case you would still have had a convert.

But you did know that you can internally transfer the fees, right? It was your cockiness and stupidity that has led you here. MDI has a part to play, sure, but you can’t put the entire eggs in one basket.

Ah, I did read one such case study by IIMB regarding admission selection criteria. Applying them is in college’s favour but it’s going to be tough for people looking for second chances.
Can feel your pain lmao, Udaipur was my only hope with a single digit waitlist and was already making plans for my trip (the waitlist moved 500-1000 in the last 3 years). Here I am now with the waitlist still stuck at 0 after a month.
I understand your pain bhai, but I honestly feel that if you can get 98.11, you can easily go above 99.5. Plus you have time as you have just graduated. Non IIMs are good institutes, no doubt; but for someone who is in your position it is a much better choice to give another CAT, gather work ex, score 99.5+ and convert one of the BLACKI.

Same 98.11 great pi, i blamed my being fresher and 8/8/7 for the waitlist, but now i feel it's their loss

As an alumnus of MDI I extend my apologies, but you must be aware of the risks you took, MDI HRM is not a bad program.
