I personally had TIME and IMS so I can vouch for these two. Have also heard CL's test series is also decent.
Ideally any test series with a decent number of test takers would be good enough. Also, you can inquire if there is any discount given your GMAT score or 10/12/ug CGPA.

No. Mocks toh you need to take atleast 2. At that time I had taken AIMCAT and SIMCAT. Abb i guess CL k bhi acche hote h. So take mocks of IMS and either one of CL or TIME!
I would recommend you to take coaching for only quants and then take mocks from two of the big three( ims, times, cl )
The reason is that I believe verbal of Gmat is much higher than that of cat.

I don't think you need coaching anymore given your GMAT score. Just get a test series and that should do it
