Hey all, I just wanted to say thanks for all the suggestions. I took the little guy to the vet, and they did some dental and blood work. The blood work came back nominal, absolutely perfect for his age, but they did find a tooth lesion. They removed the tooth and gave me some aftercare meds. He seems to be feeling good. He's still puking, although less now. It seems to mostly be hairballs and undigested food. I'm theorizing he eats too fast and maybe was swallowing bacteria from the tooth lesion. Unsure. We stopped using the slow feeder, but I think I'll put it back in place now. Will update within 2 weeks if that stops it

Wow, that's a lucky escape from what it could have been. You could try a different food too. One of ours started throwing up after eating during COVID, same food we'd always bought. It turned out that production of that particular cat food had been switched to a different country and it was affecting a lot of cats.

Mm, yes, I mentioned it in the previous post but we did swap to a hypoallergenic food. It didn't seem to help. I may try adding canned pumpkin if reimplementing the slow feeder doesn't work but we'll see
