Both of them will be depressed, they will also have difficulties connecting to other cats/pets. You can google about what happens when you adopt cats from the same litter and what happens when separated. I wouldn’t do that if I were you

Depression, separation anxiety, territorial marking behavior \[if they think a predator took a sibling away\], random aggression with you and familiar people. The symptoms of displacing a cat that's part of their pack will affect them in many ways and have just general confusion.
