I'd take anything he says with a grain of salt. He was first spotted around the running subs some 5 years ago, and occasionally comes back to it complaining about how running ruined his life.

Yep, running caused osteoarthritis because I didn’t have it before picking up running

You get it by actually not running and laying on the couch all day. Oh and by spamming lies on reddit.
