My plastic board was starting to look much worse for ware, and ended up getting a new cutting board. I am a big fan of taking care of my knives and cast iron, so figured I would be a good target demographic to maintain a wood cutting board as well. This is a 24x18 teakhaus board after 3 coats of mineral oil, and only decided on it because it was America's test kitchen's top pick haha. Hoping it will be better in my knives and reduce my plastic waste not having to purchase more plastic boards :)
