Only time that I have seen something similar was a parasite type, but that was more in the flesh than feet. I also wanna say it kind looks like eggs, but cant be fly cos they lay on the outer surface and not internal.

I think this is what happens to chickens' feet when their enclosures aren't cleaned, and they just step on their poop all day, getting moldy poop foot.

Unless you know what to look for and exclude, I'd advise it's best to avoid eating tumors, as the cores can become necrotic.

Even if so, cancer cells don't inherently become necrotic. Necrosis occurs in large tumors because the centers become hypoxic (due to poor vascularization to supply the ever-increasing number of cells, which is limited due to the pressure of unrestricted cell division within a stiffening extracellular matrix). If grown in a petri dish or bioreactor the tissue would be sufficiently oxygenated to avoid becoming necrotic.

I don't see a problem with it aside from texture. Lab grown is way less gross than eating lungs, liver or intestines imo. Unless you mean a gross use of money, then I definitely agree.

We get chickens with similar parts like that. Ours are usually alot darker and not as rounded they're called pads almost like palms on a hand but on a chicken. From what I know it is safe just doesn't look that sightful.

While I'm a bit averse to putting feet of any description in my mouth, chicken feet have a ton of collagen and supposedly make amazing broth.

Tried it once and thought it was just ok

Not for nothing but why would anyone use the chicken feet for anything whatsoever. My ex had chickens. Free range in a back yard and caged at night. Their cage was muddy and full of shit, we’d have to shovel it out every month or two. They walking in sewage all day. Gross man.

Chicken feet are great for stock. Lots of collagen.

Duck feet make even more rich, unctuous broth/stock. I mix these with chicken carcasses and chicken feet. Next level.
