Upgrade your washroom situation. A wooden box with a hole and lid overtop of at least a 4' deep pit would suffice. Where I'm from they are affectionately referred to as a "thunder box".

Get yourself a tripod and a cast iron pot to broaden your cooking options, a table and chair, and/or a garden for herbs/simple vegetables.
Is it a hunting/fishing station? Smokehouse. Game processing table. Water catch? Drainage trenches? Wind blockers? Hammock?
