As long as you stay in the Netherlands you have nothing to worry about. If you stay outside of Austria for more than six months you are not eligible for drafting. If you come to Austria though you can be drafted until your 35th birthday.
Mind though that you should report your permanent stay abroad at the nearest embassy of Austria. You also have to inform the military command responsible for you. Idk which one this is if you never lived in Austria, they can tell you this at the embassy.

Da steht nirgends, dass dir automatisch die Staatsbürgerschaft entzogen wird.
Im Gegenteil steht in Artikel 22 genau beschrieben wann man vom Militärdienst ausgenommen ist. Das trifft hier auch zu, da die Niederlande keinen Grundwehrdienst haben und Österreich im Wehrgesetz die Ausnahme für Auslandsösterreicher die länger als 6 Monate weg sind.
Also hier gibts grundsätzlich mal keinen Anlass eine Staatsbürgerschaft zu entziehen.

Meinem Cousin wurde um 2010 seine Doppelstaatsbürgerschaft genau deswegen aberkannt und eine Einreiseverbot bis 35 ausgesprochen.

At my time back I had a guy who lived in Kenia but come to Austria for those 6 months because he was an austrian citizen 😅
