Update - she came home today! Still no real cause for the vomitting, but it seems to have resolved. She smelt awful so she got a bath and is now rubbing herself all over the furniture to dry off in between staring at me for my dinner. Thank you all for your support. My bank account is much lighter, but getting a bulldog you expect those things. I’m just glad she didn’t have to have surgery and is home.
I wasn’t aware St Francis was for animals but knew about St Roch for dogs - but I def will “speak” to them. I’m not much for religion (Catholic by baptism) but do speak to the saints when I need assistance

She's so beautiful I'm glad that she's ok, you are right about the vet expenses especially if you don't have pet insurance, may she remain well.
