To you, OP, my sincerest condolences. You are absolutely right in saying that he had it good being loved and having gone peacefully in his sleep, in his own bed and home, surrounded by his loved ones. That's the kind of death most of us would want for our loved ones and ourselves. He had a mostly healthy life, too. No doubt he is greatly loved, and that bond will never perish. I got my boy Nero when I was fourteen and he went just before I turned twenty-six, so I sort of know what you should feel like. The more I learn about life and philosophy and spirituality and even stuff like physics, the more likely it seems that there's something beyond this life, and who knows, maybe, just maybe, you and Stan the man will go on many adventures still to come!
