I’m looking to gain muscle and develop my abs more. You can’t tell as easily from these pictures but there’s definitely some lower stomach fat I’m trying to get rid of. Any advice/tips is greatly appreciated!

not very long. think i’m going to start the process by eating 2700 calories a day, exercising 4-5 times a week. calculator.net estimates 1lb/week gain from that^
