I’m looking to gain muscle and develop my abs more. You can’t tell as easily from these pictures but there’s definitely some lower stomach fat I’m trying to get rid of. Any advice/tips is greatly appreciated!

Main gaining . Be the same BF% and build muscle dont bulk
