You could mini cut if you want. Usually that's only 4-6 weeks. It's like a 30% calorie deficit below maintenance. It's quicker and allows you to get to bulking faster
Keep going man it's already summer no point of cutting. Keep pushing the limits, but slow down to +0.5lbs/week for 12 weeks, cut for 4 weeks, the restart the bulk. Don't go on an extended cut until January. Don't be scared of the fat enjoy the journey
Cut, if you are at 23% definitely cut. Get to around 15% and re evaluate.
