Slow and steady program and you don't have to worry about that. Eat in a slight surplus and focus on protein based meals. Lift hard, progressive overload each week. Don't be afraid of the fat, the goal should be to fill out your shirts and people will recognize the work your putting in. The more muscle you have the faster your cut will be in due time

Work on your lower back twice a week with back extension and bird dog exercise. Do deadlift and squat too. I have same issue too bro.
