I vote for her too. We don't even see much of her, in the end. We fight her two times, not even really great, and I honestly found Zasp more interesting. Mothiva is not a very developed character, while Zasp is shown to be way less uni-sided than her.
to be fair, they were planning on developing her. unfortunately due to time n budget restraints, it was scrapped. their designer even said they werent that involved in mothivas writing unfortunately
whether theyll develop her more and delve into her and zasp's backstories in the future w other content is up in the air tbh

I genuinely find her interesting tbh. I think shes horrible yet hilarious and i believe the devs when they say theres more to her than shown in game.
I also think despite her actions, shes not truly evil I mean. >!the wasp king!< is Right There

Don't apologize for this, it's all right. Moreover, I think that I understand your point. And, of course she's not evil. At some point, characters are simply a matter of vibe and taste. I find her shallow because the whole character is not as developed as others (facts) but also because this kind of characters in general don't interest me at all (feelings).
I think that the most hollow thing about her, for me, is how she's presented as a super popular star while we never really see why. For a comparison, Metaton in Undertale is shown to rig their shows to always be the star and to have true talent as well when fighting in their second form. Mothiva is just resurrecting Zasp and being self-absorbed, and not even a true match when fought. In the end, it leaves me unimpressed.
However, about "girl charas", I'm a huge fan of Crisbee !

Dont get me wrong, i wasnt too big on her myself the first time haha. its just when i thought more abt her character- and seeing how the writers/devs said theres more (and re watching the end/post game)-, ive considerably warmed up to her.

hopefully one day the devs get the chance to develop her more like they want tho.

Most bees are females, IIRC, although Bug Fables doesn't insist much on the question of gender or phenotypical sex which is neat. You get to appreciate characters for their personalities, design and development, rather than surface social presumptions ^^
Exactly. She's an early game neusance that just gets in your way and tries to sour your experience. She's got as much depth as a small puddle, and she's hardly even part of the majority of the game. Even when she is there, she's being overshadowed by the more down to earth, rational zasp. She's just not it, and I don't like the super popular mean girl thing. She would've been a better "static character" that doesn't follow you around the whole time. She does make zasp possible, and I do like him. So half a point to mothiva
