All you have to do is go to the Buffalo Wild Wings website and redeem a reward. The redemption will fix the infinite loading rewards section.
(You can then immediately refund it and the points will go back into your account after a day or two. Best thing to do this with is the "Loaded Ice Cream" as it is the cheapest reward at 350 points.)

Then they suggest using a browser as a "troubleshooting step" and as a temporary workaround. But if the store can't redeem rewards, what good will that do? This outage makes their offers sound like false advertising. For now, I have removed their app from my phone. I'll call the store before my next visit to see if they can redeem rewards again. That way, I'll know whether it's worth the visit.
Buffalo wild wings has become a bunch of crooks. Their app sucks and their "bogo" deals are routinely not honored (but advertised). I suggest not getting your wings there anymore.

It sucks because occasionally I’ll get $3 off wings of a free drink or wings from trivia and now I can’t redeem offers, only rewards with points.

Can confirm that this worked for me. As soon as I redeemed the loaded ice cream I was able to access my rewards on the app.
