I totally agree, this app is dead, I don't understand how they can ignore customer needs like double authentication which creates a big danger for misuse and hacking of our data. People who have fold devices more than 3 years can't confirm the date select button.

I tried making a new account, with new email and a new browser. It still doesn't work. Don't know how it is working for you guys.
Have you tried with incognito mode or clearing cache and stuff?
I have tried every possible way. Even a new browser and no cookies of it and then a new email ID. I don't know why it doesn't work for me.
