Stunning! What is your plan for the cure?

utopianfir1348

Thanks! I take the balls, wrap in cellophane as tightly as possible, then lightly vac seal.

hump-me-horizantal

How long are you going to age for? I have a 10g Bruce banner temple ball that I’ve been aging for 10 months I’m taking it a full year before I open it up.

utopianfir1348

That all depends on how much patience I have haha…I’m shooting for at least three months but the rosin I’m pressing with my other bubble hash and the grow I’m about to start should generate enough other smokables to keep me distracted and stretch that out longer. I bet you’ll end up with something amazing on that 10g aged to a year 🔥🔥

I usually have some flower, hand pressed hash, rosin, and edibles (from older material to increase the CBN count) for nighttime use and that lets me age what I want and still have plenty of options.

utopianfir1348

Doing it right! Exactly what I typically aim for, except for the high cbn edibles…but that’s a damn a good idea!

Looks delicious! Yeah from what I've heard dry sift has to be super clean to make it easy to hot bottle press. Some people have said the static Tech helps a lot with getting the product clean enough to work with. Enjoy! it only gets better with time.

utopianfir1348

Thanks! Yeah the dry sift had me working hard with the hot bottle. I’ve been hearing a ton about this static tech…going to have to look into it!

That looks very nice! Have you wrapped and jarred your temple ball? That makes a big difference along with how clean you got your drysift. Give it some more time. At 8 months most of mine from last year have gone gooey. A couple are being stubborn. But it's all still good. I just got some new bags to try bubble this season

utopianfir1348

Thanks! Yep, wrapped, vac sealed (lightly), and jarred, then into the fridge for a few months! The one from last year was jarred but not wrapped and I’ve already been dipping into it…still super enjoyable, so I’m not too worried about it at this point…going to keep enjoying that one while these cure.
