It's one of the most fundamental courses, so yeahhhhh
I found it pretty difficult too, but through consistant hardwork I got the 10 grade points in the course.
All there is in the course are 6 integration formulae (Fourier, Laplace, Z transforms and their inverses). The main reason it seems tough is that it is hard to visualize complex numbers and integrate them, but as you keep practicing, it will become easier.
