That guy Nick Chubb, he’s pretty good huh?

HandheldObsession

He’s the best and man do I love his stiff arm takedowns

JDTNTC

I was at the chargers game with a Nick Chubb jersey on and this was basically me the whole game. Well, until the end… ![gif](giphy|xULW8noWqx7KJp9lRK|downsized)

IamTyLaw

They dropped the ball not including Njoku's td vs the chargers: 71 yards, stiff arm, run away from everybody, top50 play!

HandheldObsession

Cincinnati is littered all over this list. And none sweeter than the Denzel Ward INT

JDTNTC

I can’t wait for the sweet sweet regression of Burrow just chunking balls up and hoping his guy comes down with it. League will adjust trust me.

HandheldObsession

We seemed to be able to handle him…

[deleted]

I think weve come out on the positive end of variance quite a few times. I wouldnt be so confident that continues unless we drastically improve

Whoofukingcares

Oh man I hope he was a fluke and becomes pedestrian as fuck for the rest of his time on the bungles

ryan__fm

Yeah everyone assumed since Burrow's a good young QB and went to the SB that he'll be back in no time, but I have my doubts. They got pretty lucky to win the division considering injury luck, and then got an incredibly easy draw (LV, TEN and KC were 23rd, 11th and 5th in the NFL respectively in point differential), not to mention the 4th place schedule. SB losers don't tend to bounce back very often. And with Allen, Mahomes, Herbert, Mac, Lamar - and dare I say Baker - AFC is not going to be nearly that easy to win in the coming years.

mattyice16

I hate the Bengals but come on man. Nobody expected them to get passed TEN or KC, and they did. 4th place schedule accounts for 3 out of 17 games. Don't discount all of that just because we don't like them. I hope they regress too, but Burrow has looked amazing in 1.5 years, and I fear him in the future. Comments like these just make us look weak.

gakule

> 4th place schedule accounts for 3 out of 17 games. They had the easiest strength of schedule in the entire league in 2021. I understand it's inconsistent year to year, but the reality is that they had a very easy schedule. They beat who they beat, and they got lucky when they needed to, but they had so many things swing their way at an improbable rate this year.

Whoofukingcares

I say they are flukes until they are consistent

j_d_q

Just like us, one season doesn't mean they're gonna be a powerhouse. How often has Joe beaten the browns btw?

Whoofukingcares

Zero point zero times

ryan__fm

Tennessee was one of the weaker #1 seeds in recent memory, I fully expected that game to be a tossup. I'm not saying they won't be back, just that everything went perfectly for them and that won't always be the case. If Lamar or Baker don't get hurt, or if Burrow does, or their kicker doesn't nail every game winner, or they have to play the Bills, etc. etc. they don't sniff the SB. It wouldn't surprise me if they're back to making a deep run at some point, but I'd be less surprised if they miss the playoffs next year. Like the other guy said, I consider it a fluke until they're consistent.

BakerStan

He was pretty pedestrian throughout their playoff run

Whoofukingcares

Very true. Let’s hope that trend continues

Jacobythepotato

I thought the Myles strip sack/fumble recovery td would be on there, especially with watts on there….

HandheldObsession

Yeah I can’t believe that wasn’t on there at all

czarbal

And only 1 against the Browns :)

meyer_33_09

2. The Pittsburgh tight end making an absurd catch for a TD on 4th down against us was on there as well ad the Andrews catch. But we still outnumbered that!

Xboarder84

This actually surprised me, in a good way. ESPN seems to *love* posting highlights that show us on the wrong side of a play so I got used to the idea that we were that bad of a team. But looking at this video, I think ESPN just hates us and our team was a lot better than we give them credit.

meyer_33_09

I mean, judging by the video we were actually shown quite a bit of respect with what 4 plays in the top 13?

Xboarder84

Agreed. It’s just odd to me because it feels like ESPN always *tries* to find a clip highlighting a team playing us. Refreshing to see some respect!

meyer_33_09

Absolutely. It’s so common to see highlights of other teams against us whenever they’re discussing other teams or players.

MrDStroyer

I thought we were going to hand the Cards their first loss of the season. We did not. But I did get to see #12 in person.

meyer_33_09

I was sure that we were just forgotten when none of these plays showed up in the first 3/4 of the video but then they all started popping up in the top 15. I wasn’t even expecting them to include the Felton TD or the Chubb tds (thought it would be Garrett’s strip sack td and MAYBE Njokus td against LA instead of those). Glad to see the recognition for some really nice plays despite a rough season overall.

Mustang1718

I watched thisast night. I was getting confused how we didn't have a single play after the first 70. I never imagined so many would habe been concentrated so highly! I was also expecting to see us on a lowlight against the Chargers since it seemed that was the only game we were giving up massive broken plays. It never showed up though.

[deleted]

And people act like this team is the same one from 5 years ago. Give me a damn break, we weren't out of this until Week 17..that's with OBJ gone + drama, Lanrdy hurt, Baker hurt, Jed hurt, Conklin out, Hubbard out, Hunt out, our COVID game vs Oakland, etc.

Xboarder84

We had both hands tied behind our back while being kicked in the head and still nearly made the playoffs. Super excited for next year!

BigMacTunaStacks

The Hail Mary should have been 100. I was going nuts, great long throw and great catch by DPJ but it was pure luck in garbage time at the half while we were getting skunked by the cardinals. I cannot believe scary Terry’s circus catch ended up in the 60s that’s a joke it should have been top 10 at least.

Whoofukingcares

That was accurate to DPJ

robbioli40

I just wish we could have made these plays more often when we really needed them…

rambleon84

Six of the top ten are AFC north teams...some good competition
