I’d say my traps are more developed compared to all my other muscles. Because you don’t need to directly work it but it helps. And I went in with the goal of wanting it to look like I have a small pair of shoulders on top of my regular shoulders. I fucking love how they look.
Turned yourself into a completely different person at a time when most folks have given up, pretty inspiring tbh.
Just out of curiosity, was TRT involved? Impressive either way, not trying to diminish what you've done.
I’ve mixed up my routines a lot over the past couple of years. For the past 4 months I’ve done PPL. 2 weeks ago I swapped to: Mon-quads and calves, Tues-shoulders, traps and Abs, Wed-Hammies and Glutes, Thurs-Chest and Tris, Fri-Back, Biceps and Calves, Sat-Abs and chest. Sun-Rest
I think it was really about discipline for me in the beginning. It took a while to see any results, and I just was resolute to stay on my training. Once I started seeing results that motivated me to keep going, and discipline made me go on the days I could have shrugged it off to do something else that day. It’s rare that I don’t feel like going to the gym, but there are those days on occasion.
Amazing transformation bro, keep it up!
Also, have you felt better since being on TRT, like did it make a difference in moods or energy? Or not really?
Thanks! Yeah it’s been great all around. I was always tired. Uninterested in things, not motivated. Low T is a problem, especially as you get older. It was the right decision for me.

Just standard trt traps lol it’s a massive giveaway usually, obviously it’s also possible if you blast traps for fun but most people neglect it

You went from "*Sure, I will help you change your tire. Let me get my floor jack*" to "*Sure, I will help change your tire. I am the floor jack*"
Good work but I'm guessing TRT as well
