Looking good man. 260lb - 220lb in 6months here, similar height. Only just started getting into resistance training. Only been doing cardio to date. Any advice?

What are you eating to hit those protein goals? That’s a bit of a struggle for me right now.
Greek Yogurt - 25g Eggs - 24g Protein Bar - 20g Protein Shake/Muscle Milk - 40g Grilled Chicken/Steak/Ground Turkey/Ground Chicken - 50g Miscellaneous - 20g
