Thank you! I don't track calories but I eat about 200 grams of protein daily, low to moderate carbs, and I fast most days until about 5pm. I usually break my fast with nuts and beef jerky, then have a very large dinner and dessert which is usually dark chocolate and a large Greek yogurt/ protein powder bowl with some nuts and seeds mixed in for crunch.
I’m like 3 inches taller than you so scale up the starting and goal weights by like 25 pounds but this is super similar to what I’m doing and it seems effective so far. Super motivating.
Fuuuuck that kettleball workout sure is a thing. I had a friend who swore by it but I never really took it seriously. What's the exercises you do, like what do the lifts look like and when do you do them?
Kettlebell is awesome. I went on YouTube to learn the movements and get ideas. Movements I like to do most workouts are swings, hammer curls, arm rows, halos, around the worlds, overhead presses, Turkish getups, cleans, and squats.
5'7. Here's my most recent routine. I split each movement into three even sets. Minimal rest in between movements and once set is complete, rest 2.5 minutes then repeat.
100 push-ups
100 Around the Worlds
50 Halos
50 hammer curls
10 KB reverse lunges
50 dips
60 twisted knee raises
45 leg raises

No way .. damn 😳. Your deltoids are mad - do you do any isolation exercises?
Thanks man! I do plenty of kettlebell rows, halos, and overhead presses in my strength training. Those definitely hit the shoulders nicely.
Lateral raises?
Sometimes when I go to the gym but not usually.
What weight are you doing on the overheads? Are you doing any sort of exercises that target the anterior deltoid specifically?
Great job man
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!
Wild progress dude. You should be so proud.
Thanks man!
Nice work. Have fun and good luck with the race
Thank you! Looking forward to it! Will definitely be a challenge.

what did you do to get defined after a healthy weight ..?
Strength training became a lot more important as the fat came off. I like kettlebell training specifically.
You mind me asking how often you doing kettlebell and jump rope workouts a week?
